I was curious about this new sake from Maruishi Brewing, which is like "Ni-Uto" or "Maruishi".
When I bought it, I asked the shopkeeper at the cash register if it tasted a little sour. Is it OK? It's a little strange, it might be a little winey.
I like strange drinks 🤣.
Sourness on the palate
Definitely a bit winey
A little schwashy
Sake degree -19 degrees, acidity 3.7 degrees, like a sweet and sour spec.
But the sweetness is moderate.
The acidity like a white wine has a big impact!
You can drink it in one gulp 😜!
I had an impression that Ni-Hatoe was thicker, but I guess it's not quite the same.
It's a little less sake-like? This is delicious 😋.
After the second day, the balance between sourness and sweetness becomes even better and more delicious 🥰.
Thanks for the response, Takashi. 😀
It went in slooooowly and I opened it right away.
Also, my friend who is a sake master has a stopper with a jagged
It is a very nice bottle and I am very happy to have it.
I was very impressed.
drinking at home (as opposed to going out)
Maruishi bought at the usual store.
I will have it.
It has a good balance of acidity and sweetness.
The snacks are albacore and ankimo, which I bought at Kadokami Gyorui, and salmon roe.
The rest is salmon roe.
Strength: 14%.
Rice polishing ratio: 55
Bottom of the bottle, pour. You can see a little cage.
It has a sour taste.
Kiwi and lychee type fruity and juicy.
Swallow and the rice-like sweetness and flavor spreads gently in the mouth.
The texture is fresh and light with acidity.
The aftertaste is refreshingly tight with a hint of grenfre-like bitterness.
It is light and easy to drink.
4/5 stars for my favorite.

At the usual restaurant
The master (proprietress) offered us a new bottle of sake
The master (proprietress) offered me a new bottle of sake.
The moment I drank it, the sweetness and sourness spread and I thought it was old sake.
I thought it was old sake and asked her if it was really new sake.
I asked her if it was really new sake.
The proprietress checked the sake and found that it had a Sake
and I was surprised twice. ‼️
It went well with shiitake mushrooms grilled with garlic and cheese.
It was delicious.
Maruishi Brewery direct sales side trip deal
The aroma is not that strong due to the fact that it is 70%.
In the mouth, you can taste the flavor of oak barrels.
The complex aroma of Junmai and the barrel aroma is finished with a sense of alcohol.
2nd day
The complexity and the sense of sake increase, while the oaky flavor remains unchanged.
If you want to taste the stronger sake flavor, it is available👍.
Personally... the direct bottling at Ni-Usagi's direct sales place is a winner 🏅.
Maruishi is a wholesaler's PB and its sales are limited to the Kanto area.
A while ago, I drank a Junmai Junmai Daiginjo, but this time it is a Junmai Daiginjo🍶 with a fresh yeast yeast yeast.
The aroma on the nose is sweet with a hint of acidity.
When you take it into your mouth, you will find soft acidity and a refined sweetness that is typical of daiginjos.
Naturally, it has a more elegant finish than the pure rice version made from the traditional sake yeast.
Delicious 🍶✨
A brief review of the 2nd National Sake Breweries' Sake and Talks @ Kyoto Miyako Messe.
Maruishi Brewery's Maruishi Sake.
The distribution channel of this Maruishi sake is different from that of Ni-Hare, but if you don't know it, you may not recognize it as Maruishi Brewery's sake even if you see the label.
In Kansai, Ni-Utsuri is often seen, but Maruishi is almost never seen 🤔.
Unlike Ni-Utsuri, Maruishi is made from a traditional sake brewery, Namaishime.
This is their Junmai Daiginjyo Nama-zake.
It has a low alcohol content of 13 degrees.
It is a modern sake that you wouldn't notice it is a nama yeast unless you are told.
There is no thick sweetness like Ni-Rabbit, but rather a taste that flows smoothly and naturally through the mouth.
There are no special characteristics to note, but I think the sake quality is designed to focus more on a food sake, which I thought was a good thing.
Good evening, Matsuchiyo 😃.
I've seen a lot of low-alcohol sake recently, but sometimes it's difficult to find the right balance between drinkability and thinness.
It's not just a matter of low alcohol sake, it's also a test of the toji's skill, as he has to be creative to make it drinkable 💪.
It has an aroma I have never smelled in sake before.
Somehow, it seems to be like natto (fermented soybeans).
(My wife agreed).
The taste is very royal.
The refreshing sourness and sweetness stimulate the taste buds.
This is the second son of the three Imai brothers.
It is totally different from his elder brother.
