A robust flavor.
Dry sweet and sour, not too sweet.
The acidity is tangy and sharp.
It is very sharp on the tongue.

I bought this today at a liquor store in Aichi where I was on a business trip 🍶🤤.
A great store that sells a lot of sake from Maruishi Brewing 🥳, which is well-known for Ni-Rabbit 🤗.
I found a brand I had never seen before and bought it immediately 🥰.
Apparently it's some kind of ancient rice series & only available once a year 🤔.
It's very refreshing & slightly bitter & slightly sour 🤩.
I made a mistake in my choice of snacks and bought dried natto (lol), but I tasted it after clearing it with a chaser (lol) I have a feeling it will be better tomorrow, but I will finish it 🍶🤤 as I am moving to a hotel ヾ(*´´`*).
This is my first sake, but it tastes like it's not my first. ....
Sake from Maruishi Brewery in Aichi Prefecture, where the second son of the three brothers of my favorite sake brewer, Seishuzo, is located, purchased at Aiba Sake Shop in Kiryu City.
Maruishi Namaishio Junmai-Daigin Nama-Nagara Sake 2,480-¥2,480-.
The taste was to my liking with a good balance of moderate sweetness, moderate acidity, and a slight bitterness. The number of bottles in circulation is 504, so we were given a valuable bottle. It will be interesting to drink more of this sake in the future.
