eight fatty acids
Inspired by the review by mana⚪︎,
I bought a very expensive Oroku for the first time 🤣.
First of all, I drank it cold.
It's not a hine, but it has its own peculiar taste.
Then heated sake 🍶.
Great drinkability, just like Maqchi's review ✨.
I prefer it hot rather than lukewarm,
The gradation of warmed and cooled sake is also delicious ✨.
Thanks for the good information, Fat Nachie 😊.
Hi, this is Manachi Fat. If you change the position of the Fatty, you'll soon find out who I am. ⁉️
It's quite interesting how the taste of heated and cooled sake changes 👍
I like Oroku, but this is the first time I bought this sake.
I got the impression of a beautiful sake with a strong umami flavor and a solid core structure.
It is a very drinkable sake that asserts itself without being overpowered by the accompaniments.
My first time at Shimane Sake🍶.
I had seen this sake at a liquor store I frequent. I had never picked it up before, but recently I started to see it here, and this is the first time I bought it.
Sake rice brand unknown, rice polishing ratio 60
Alcohol content 17.5%.
On a five-level pyramid of rarity, this is right in the middle of the three-star class. In a word, it is sharp and dry. Delicious.
Good morning, Matchy 😃.
Congratulations on your first Shimane sake ㊗️ 🎉
Ohroku! I haven't had it since we had it at Sandesi, but I see it at a liquor store I frequent as well 😅I like dry sake, so I'll get it next time I go there!
Hi Jay & Nobby 😀
It always sits in place in the fridge at the liquor store, but I was nervous when it came time to buy it 😅.
I asked the clerk which one was not too massive before I bought it.
By the way, I was told that they are all spicy, so I'm sure J&N would like them 😆.
At an acquaintance's house. It has a clear and rich flavor that is hard to believe that the rice polishing ratio is 80%. It is also refreshing on the palate. The flavor of Yamada-Nishiki itself comes through with gusto by not grinding the rice.
