The fourth drink at Sushiya Rentaro was Ohroku by Ohroku Shuzo!
This time it was a super Ohroku!
I chose this one because the Takekyo I had with hot sake was quite delicious!
Let's have it right away!
First, the aroma. The aroma was not very noticeable.
When you put it in your mouth, the spiciness is your first impression!
Then the umami is added and there is a slight alcohol taste.
After that, there is a lingering bitter aftertaste with a touch of sourness.
There is also a slight sweetness.
It was the most alcoholic of all the sakes we drank that day, but it was delicious with the snacks!

The second round of drinks at Temahima Cuisine Nekko-ya 😁.
All the dishes were delicious, but the most delicious was the "80" 😋.
They say on TV that the shijimi in Lake Shinji are big, but they really are 😁.

At night, we went to "Temahima Cuisine Nekko-ya" 😁.
The reason we chose this restaurant was because they serve "Ohroku", so we started with a set of three different types of sake 😚.
Unfortunately, no bottles were available, and the menu is a bit old, so I don't know the specs, but I decided to start with the super Oroku on the left 😋 Incidentally, today's Oroku is called "Kei".
By the way, today's Oroku is called "Kei". The aroma of the Kei is a little different from my usual sake, and I drank too much afterwards 😅😅.
All of them were delicious, but the one I enjoyed the most was the "Ha-Xi" 😋.

Since I am not likely to return home for the New Year's holiday, I am taking advantage of the three-day weekend to go back to my parents' house to show a little filial piety. I opened a bottle of Sandesi Oh Suk nigori, which I bought at Takashimaya in Yonago this GW and had it lying in the refrigerator at my parents' house. It is a struggle as it tries to blow out energetically. It was the longest battle since Shinkame Sweet Squash.
It is characterized by rice flavor, sweetness, and intense gasiness, and the bitterness and sharpness that comes later makes it perfect for carpaccio👌It was delicious and gone quickly. The alcohol content alone makes it heavy, but the orikara (rice cakes) in the mix covers the heaviness. I also recognized once again the goodness of orikara.
During the consecutive holidays, the weather was so beautiful that I went to a spot with a great view of Mt. Daisen and saw the ridges of the mountain. ⛰️

Of the several varieties, I still prefer my favorite, Yatsu ❤️
This time it's a rare version of ⭐️5 ❗️
This one is delicious ❗️ with just the right amount of sweetness and acidity. It has a freshly cooked rice feeling, a gentle gassy feeling, and a pleasant pungency from the astringent bitterness and alcohol in the latter half of the bottle. I think this second half is the best part of the Yaoxo. This is the hook that makes you want to drink it again.
It is robust, yet clear and refined. Happiness: ❤️
