This is my first time drinking Oroku.
The gaseous sensation at the beginning of drinking is indescribable, and the umami of the rice comes in quickly, followed by the dryness and sharpness.
I had heard rumors about it, but it has a unique taste and I enjoyed it.
I felt it was too expensive
I was reluctant to pick it up because I felt it was too expensive.
First purchase of 300ml
It's my favorite nigori.
The bottle was opened just before it was about to blow out in the mouth.
The mouthfeel is full of rice flavor and bubbles.
The bitterness of the oli and the umami sweetness of the top clearings are mixed together.
It goes down the throat cleanly and crisply.
It's so delicious!
The yeast is still alive and well even at BY2025!
Great attention to detail!
My favorite *5/5
I'm having a sake craving explosion today, probably due to stress and the end of my sobriety _(:3"_)_.
I'd be most grateful for a 1 gou bottle if I were greedy, but sandeshi is also nice and easy to drink😊.
I've had this one before, but I wanted to drink it again so I bought it at a special store ✨.
The top aroma has a rich rice-derived aroma. I don't think it is fruity 🤔.
The nose has a mellow sweetness of melon and banana, followed immediately by the umami of the rice and a strong gaseous sensation, and from the mid-part the umami explodes and it becomes a heavyweight sake 🥊.
However, the strong gaseous taste covered it well, and you can enjoy it without getting tired of drinking 😊.
The bitter taste was small to medium at the end, and it was very smooth and clean. ☺️
Ohroku is still delicious 😋.
Oh, by the way, HinaHanaMama, I don't think that's what you're talking about? I have one thing in mind, but if it's right, I think it's a great probability 🤔.
Good evening, Mr. Chirsta!
Well I don't know 🤔I think it's probably a higher story than you think 😏.
I'm sure you're curious about it ⁉️ but it's still a secret ㊙️🤫 Enjoy 🤣.
Hi HinaHanaMama 😃.
Oh no, I must have misunderstood 😂.
I thought maybe you had a near miss at my favorite bar, but maybe it's a different story 😂.
Looking forward to it ✨
Firm rice aroma
Sake-like sake
No schwarziness, but the alcohol makes the mouth tingle.
Slightly sweet with a slightly bitter aftertaste that lingers for a long time.
Gentle sweet aftertaste like caramel or chestnut
Served with sea bream in coconut soup.
I'm leaving it all up to you with the pairings, but I still don't understand the strangeness of the pairings...
I don't eat this kind of delicate food often, so it's a mystery whether it goes well with sake or not
I personally didn't think it was a good match, as the smell of the fish skin, combined with the aroma of the fish, made it stand out in an unpleasant way and smelled fishy...
At last, the longed-for Yi Yu has arrived!
The No.2 in the Oroku series after the ⭐5 type and the Jun Daigo. I will enjoy it to my heart's content 🔥.
When opened and poured, it has a deep aroma of tropical fruits, plums, green apples, and cemedine.
The palate is soft and smooth with oily and milky sensations.
It has a unique flavor astringency and fullness like bitter chocolate and nutty. However, there is a crispness of gas and acidity, and a sweet apple and grapefruit sensation that comes gradually.
It is complex and powerful, but also has a beautiful core!
It is full of umami and has a slightly astringent aftertaste, but it has a good balance that does not linger.
It is a standout in the series ✨.
It's a cup that truly has a sense of mystery!
I'd like to try the highest peak bag suspension someday...!
Good evening, Mr. Shikatarou!
The mythical character of "iyu" and the special feeling of Japanese paper make it an extraordinary aura, doesn't it?
It has a deep and nostalgic flavor, and is truly a kingly figure 👑.
Hikaru-kun's restaurant third drink
This is the first time to drink "super" Ohroku!
Only 210 bottles of this luxurious sake are available in a four-pack!
Juicy, sweet and sour!
It has a fresh feeling even though it is supposed to be kept for a long time.
Heavy acidity and a clean finish.
Enjoy it while listening to Hikaru-kun and his son's story.
After this, we topped it off with a glass of Morishima and ended our holiday with a heavy hangover the next day...
