There is a fruity acidity and a sizzling sensation. The main taste is surprisingly mild and umami. The taste is clear and full, with a moderate fullness, and the acidity is controlled, making the taste gentle and pleasant. Delicious! The aftertaste is clear and easy to drink like water. It is already delicious on its own, but with its robust umami, it can be easily used as an in-between-dinner drink as well.

Apologies for not having a photo of the front label. This Sake has a spicy profile and is effervescent. There is the flavor of melon and a full mouth feel. The finish is very clean. This Sake is very elegant and sofisticated. I am lucky to be able to drink this Sake.

Good evening! (^^)/ It has been raining all day today on the coast of Iwate Prefecture. (^_^;) Water was pouring from side roads and streams here and there. Well, compared to the situation in the Tottori area, it was not so bad, but I don't remember such strong rainfall during the Bon Festival. Despite these conditions, we had another drinking session with relatives on the second day (laughs). I took out the Ryusuisen Tenpu. Ichinoya's comment. ----- Fresh cedar aroma overlaid with fruity aroma like pineapple and pear. It has a pleasant apple-like sweetness and flavor and a minerality that passes through the tip of the tongue. Acidity, bitterness, and astringency come together to create a well-balanced mouthfeel. This is a mid-meal type sake that goes well with dishes covered with rich and aromatic sauces. ----- I don't know that much about it. When I put it in my mouth, the rich sweetness and flavor spreads, and a sense of happiness, different from yesterday's Abeno summer sake, fills my mind and body. (^○^) What a gorgeous sweetness. There is almost no bitterness or astringency. More than that, it is covered with a delicious sweetness. The three of us, including my wife, kept saying "It's so good! We were happy with just the eggplant, cucumber, and sashimi. (^^)/
