This year's Ryusui Sen is a little different from last year's!
The astringency has been reduced, the aroma is richer, and the flavor is deeper than last year's 🍶.
This "Hitogokochi" is made from the original sake yeast.
When we opened the sealed cap, the crown floated out and opened the bottle by itself.
The full-bodied flavor while maintaining a refreshing acidity will keep the cup going. ☺️
Well, the growth is fantastic👍!
Very tasty 🤤.
Well, today is Father's Day 👨.
I bought a bookshelf at IKEA in the morning, cleaned my room, cleared out the storage room, assembled the bookshelf I bought and just finished a big family service 🫠.
Today, I'm going to have meat soba noodles to nourish my energy!
This sake is sweet but light, so it goes very well with soba noodles.
Well, I worked hard!
Good morning, HIRO 😃.
Great service for Father's Day! Thanks for your hard work 😌and Ryusuisuisen ‼️ Kochira looks cool standing up 🤩That looks delicious😋I've never seen it 🥲but I would love to drink it🤗.
Good morning, Jay & Nobby 🌞.
The label looks like wine, doesn't it?
I wonder if the shipping destinations are limited?
I was able to buy it at the Isego main store in Tokyo!
Also, it looks like you can buy it from their website ^_^.
This cutting-edge Junmai Daiginjo is made with Miyamanishiki produced in Nagano Prefecture, and is truly filled with the charms of Nagano Prefecture. When poured into a glass, it has a gorgeous fruity aroma and a bright, elegant flavor that overlaps with each other. The mouthfeel is gentle and smooth, with a sweetness that is not cloying. It has a moderate volume despite its 13% alcohol content, and the moderate acidity, bitterness, and astringency give it a beautiful aftertaste that can be enjoyed regardless of the situation with meals.

Slightly carbonated, with a fruity aroma like lychee or muscat, it is refreshing on the palate, and the aftertaste is refreshing and delicious with a slight bitterness behind the delicious rice flavor.
It is recommended to drink it chilled. It may go well with creamy dishes such as carbonara or yakitori.
Strong apple-like fruity ginjo aroma. It is full, but not too sweet, with a clean finish that is authentic and gorgeous.
It is elegant and delicious without being overshadowed by the label.
The bottle looks like wine now... this is wine... when opened: .... Pop! The cork has been popped! The aroma is faint with a hint of sweetness... The mouthfeel is sweet, sweet and bitter, and then sharp! Delicious! Nagano sake is of high quality...delicious!
White wine-like aroma
Fresh acidity, gassy, gentle sweetness
Low alcohol content makes it easy to drink.
The bottle was not properly chilled, and the cork jumped when opening the bottle, as the bottle caution says.
This is delicious ❗️
Ichinoya also loves Yamahai, a sake I like to keep on hand. It is low al but has a robust flavor.
I feel that Nagano sake has many of my favorite flavors.
Fruity type
Fruity aroma like banana or pear, slightly carbonated
Well-balanced and elegant sweetness and sourness, with a slight bitterness coming later.
It is indeed a Junmai Daiginjo from Ichinoya and a sake to drink on special occasions 😊.
Basic Grand Cru Tojo Yamadanishiki
Grand Cru (top grade), limited quantities are aged for more than half a year.
The Joy of Sake New York 2024
Slightly dry
I bought this alcohol as a tie-in to the No.6 x type direct pass 🍶.
It wasn't exactly the sake I wanted, so the bar was low, but I was surprised when I tried it: ‼️
It is one of the best tasting sakes I have ever had👍.
Fruity aroma typical of daiginjo 🍌.
It has a good umami taste, a nice acidity, and no bitterness 😀.
I'm glad I found a good sake that I like (^...^)
