I was told to buy a bottle of something to go with it, so I decided on Ryusuisen, which has a cool bottle.
I was told that the name "Maaki" is written "Omi" (meaning "Omi" in Japanese).
The content is 700 ml and the alcohol content is a gentle 13%.
The refreshing sweetness from the grape flavor hit me, and I was able to manaize it easily.
It is a bit expensive, but it looks cool and will be useful for celebrations and such.
This was also Miyamanishiki.

Ryuusuisen" Tenku Yamae Nishiki 🏔️
This is a brand of Ichinoya in Shinano Omachi, Nagano Prefecture.
Two toji (brewers) brew always delicious sake, Yamahai and Namaho.
It has a refreshing cedar aroma, a characteristic bitter taste, and a nice clean sharpness🙆.
I wonder if they are able to do this because of the area's very good water.
I hope to visit Nagano again this year!

The official name is RYUSUISEN Omi Asazumi Miyamanishiki.
At about 10 degrees Celsius, it gave me a rather dull impression, but if I chilled it to a crisp, as the label on the back says, the impression changed dramatically, and it became crystal clear and easy to drink.
But I don't understand the meaning of "Omi" or "Mazumi". Is it a sake for export purposes🤔.
