たっつうThe last was Sairai for the second time this month at my wife's request.
It seems to be a sake offered only at restaurants.
It has a sweet and delicious flavor that is typical of Sairai, and it may even be a bit like Spodori 🤔 lol.
Today's restaurant also had good food and sake 🍶. たっつうThe third cup was Momoten, also from Ohisa's Tenbi.
This is the first time I have had this since the toji was changed.
The sweet and sour taste like muscat is still there, and it was a cup that reminded me of spring. たっつうThe second glass is Yamamoto, which I have not had for a long time.
Slightly sweet and fruity, this is another one that would be good as a food sake: 🙆♂️

The first drink was Ryusuisen, a local sake from Shinano Omachi, which I had wanted to try.
It is a typical Nagano local sake with a subtle sweetness and sharpness.
