On my way home from work, I spotted it in a temporary store space at a transfer station and bought it on impulse 😰.
I had never heard of this drink.
When poured, it has a slightly yellowish color.
The aroma has a ginjo aroma.
Slight acidity.
The spreading flavor is like lightly salted squid 😎.
The aftertaste is glossy and slightly sweet, like grilled squid 😚.
I can't think of a slightly similar sake 😉.
Good evening, Mr. Mori😄.
This sake brewery is the family home of actor Kuranosuke Sasaki, isn't it? I've never had it, but it sounds a little peculiar 💦.
Chinese (e.g. food)
Aroma reminiscent of classic alcohol. From the clean mouthfeel, sweet and sour taste and aroma like Shaoxing wine. It finishes with a sweet and sour taste.
Slightly classic. We would like to match it with Chinese food and fried food.
★★★★
I bought a fukubukuro (goodie bag) at the Nippon Zakari booth at the Nagoya Festival for 2,000 yen (I remember it very laconically).
This is one of the items in the goodie bag.
It tastes a little peculiar.
Why was Nihonzakari selling Sasaki Shuzo sake?
On my way home from Kyoto, I bought this sake as a souvenir from Kuranosuke's parents' house.
It is a junmai daiginjo, which means it has a delicious sweetness and umami flavor of rice. However, it has a slightly woody aroma? I think it has a woody flavor. It also has a strong sake throat feeling.
It seems to go well with strong-flavored snacks, but today I drank it with aji-no-Tataki.
Salmon Monogatari in Kansai(´・ω・`)
Red is the color of the bottle.
It has a moderate ripeness, and the more you chew it, the deeper the flavor becomes.
The more you bite into it, the deeper the flavor becomes. It makes you want to have something to eat.
It is the type of sake you want to drink slowly, so it may not be suitable for events.
I bought this sake because it is brewed by Kuranosuke Sasaki's family. The bottle is colored like autumn leaves and the maple on the label is stylish.
It looks like hiyaoroshi. A delicious food sake.
