じゅんさんWe enjoy Kuranosuke-san's family's sake on a riverbed in Kyoto.
I was a little prepared for this one because I did not like the previous one from Sasaki Shuzo, but this one is easy to drink and I never get tired of it.
I had it with a small pot of pork.

Alcohol content 15 じゅんさんThe first Kawayuka dinner of the year was an omakase kaiseki at Rokko. The sake to be served was Urakasumi Junmai Dry. A good sake that never misses.
We served it with an assortment of hamo (conger eel) sashimi.
