しんしんSYAlmost done with the getting moon, let's order some drinks from the store 🍶.
Leave it to O-kun, a local.
The flagship Junmai sake of Mr. Kuranosuke Sasaki's company came out!
I had had the Jyugakudai Junmai Ginjo a while ago, but I was allowed to drink it after it was explained to me that Jyugakudai Junmai is a Junmai!
It has a full-bodied taste, different from the clear Tokugetsu.
It seems to be light and dry.
This sake goes well with the Kyoto cuisine!
They ordered a four-pack of sake, and the four of us quickly ran out of Tokketsu and Jurakugiku!
We had a lively conversation, and we decided to have a little more Kyoto sake.
knowledge of Kyoto!

A bit dry and strong in flavor, but not much of an aftertaste. I felt it was a bit salty at the end.
It feels strong for the strength of the alcohol content.
Today I had it with a set of snacks from all over Japan, such as nigiri of yellowtail from Kanazawa, puffer fish tempura from Yamaguchi, etc... 😉.
The package is a monochromatic picture of Jurakudai. Serious design. Appealing "Rakuchu lore". Not Fushimi. Why Juraku-dai? Is Sasaki Sake Brewery located near Juraku-dai?

clear manamillionThe slight sourness and lingering bitterness are addictive. Goes well with sweet pickles! むねにくThis year's 82nd sake is from Kyoto Prefecture, Jurakukiku. kkmmUsually only sweet.
This one was dry, but not quirky and easy to drink! RecommendedContentsSectionView.title
