This was also tasted at Sasaki Sake Brewery. This is another sake made with centrifugal separation. It has a gorgeous ginjo aroma and is very fruity. Delicious but expensive to buy.... 4 gou of sake is 11,000 yen 😱. The third one is a liqueur I won at a sake tasting event.

Sake Tasting Gacha at Sasaki Sake Brewery This is another sake limited to the brewery. It was sold in a refrigerator, but I'm not sure if it was fresh sake or not. Gorgeous and fruity. Dry but delicious. 4gou 5500 yen 😱. Most of the high-end sake was made with 1801 yeast.

Well, it's hot. I had a glass of wine a little early in the evening. I had a glass of wine 🍺. Junmai Daiginjo Junmai Daiginjo, a gift from my eldest daughter and her husband on Father's Day. And I'm so happy that I'm crying over the tin sake cup that my second and third daughters gave me as a present 🍶. But the last words were, "Don't drink too much. What's that supposed to mean? I like that he's concerned about my health. I love that she's concerned about my body.
