This is Jyugakudai Junmai-shu Cold Shibori. It is a delicious sake with lots of flavor and a nice sharp taste. I was able to buy it at a discount price at a supermarket.
We enjoy Kuranosuke-san's family's sake on a riverbed in Kyoto.
I was a little prepared for this one because I did not like the previous one from Sasaki Shuzo, but this one is easy to drink and I never get tired of it.
I had it with a small pot of pork.

At the moment of drinking, the aroma of rice spreads and sweetness is felt, but the sharpness of dryness and lightness comes later. ⚔️ It is easier to drink when it is a little lukewarm.
The rice-like aroma at the top is a little strong and not to my liking 🌾.

I stopped by Kyoto on a whim and bought this at the brewery. It is a well-known sake of Kuranosuke Sasaki.
It has a ginjo aroma. Slightly dry but with a fair amount of sweetness. The quality of the sake is robust. It is very rich.
The yeast used is "Kyo no Koto," a ginjo yeast. The ethyl caproate is not my favorite yeast.
