Hanpukai Sake
The label says Kiku-zakari, the sakenowa says Tokikumori. I believe the label.
Last year it had a classic impression, but this year it feels modern fruity. Maybe it was my physical condition, but it was different from my image. I enjoyed it very much. I drank it while playing mahjong and got very drunk.
Double soup with pork and beef bones? Is it basically pork? It was thick and tasty. It went well with thin noodles.

Today's sake is Nagano sake, from the Shinshu secret hanpukai.
I can't seem to get this kanji to come up on my kanji converter, so I'll just write it in hiragana 🤣.
This sake was a strange one that divided opinions in my family😅.
I felt it was very fruity and sweet, but Kaorin said it had a heavy impression, and for the first time in a long time, our opinions were completely different😅.
But I'm sure it's a great drink 😇
Today we saw the latest Silence of the Fleet in 4DX at a movie theater near Expo Park 😀.
It was a submarine movie, and Kaori-chan and I both got hit by a lot of water droplets and the shaking of the submarine, but we enjoyed it very much 😇.

After the night shift, I continued to work almost 24 hours a day, and the next day I worked long hours from 6:30 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Moreover, I sweated a lot from carrying in, preparing, and taking down, and my body was craving salt.
I survived the summer again this year, and this weekend I am going to "Summer Fun" 💃.

Kikumori Shinshu Secret Sake Hanpukai 2025 Gold Course.
From the July Shinshu Secret Sake Hanpukai comes Kikumori from Shinshu Meizo. Shinshu Meizou, which has a brewery in the Ueda area, exhibits a freshly stored sake that has been aged in a thermal tank for two years at ice temperature.
It is a 100% Miyamanishiki Junmai Daiginjo, with a Sake degree of -2 degrees, an acidity of 1.6, and an alcohol content of 16 degrees, making it a dark, mellow, sweet sake.
It has an aroma of muscat and apple on the nose and a mellow sweetness on the palate. The extremely mellow and soft mouthfeel, which has lost its angularity due to aging, even gives the impression of lusciousness. The rich umami flavor spreads out firmly, and it finishes smoothly with a beautiful acidity.
It is a rare opportunity to enjoy an aged sake that has been stored in its raw state, and the flavor is perfectly balanced and delicious!

On the first day, we will walk about 10 km from Wada-juku to Kasatori Pass, beyond Suwa.
You can enjoy the townscape with many places that still remain, such as the main lodge.
Wisteria, azalea, and cherry blossoms were also in bloom.
I bought this at a convenience store.
A 1 gou PET bottle with a cap that turns into a cup.
It's classic, tasty, refreshing, and slightly spicy.
It goes down quickly and easily 😆.
Next to it is a craft beer from Karuizawa!

From Ueda, take the Ueda Dentetsu Bessho Line🚃 to Bessho Onsen (Bessho Hot Springs) ♨️ Lunch at the diner that was reflected in the setting of the 18th film Otoko wa Tsuraiyo.
The aroma of the food was very strong. But it is sweet and gentle, not harsh. It has just the right amount of maturity. Goes well with Nozawana. It softens the salty taste of Nozawana. The chicken gizzard and boiled pork are also delicious 😋 I'm so glad I found a hidden gem restaurant 😆.

I managed to get over the train when I was with Yuka-chan, but I did it on the way home from drinking with the second daughter (I am the eldest) of the Otsubonez (three bureau sisters) in my department. I lost my memory at the next station where we sat down, saying "I might fall asleep if I get to sit down. Why didn't I wake up 5 minutes before? The train in the opposite direction was the last of the day and I had to wait 20 minutes. I managed to only sleep on the platform. Then I had a blast sleeping in the cab as well...
Now, to get back on track, here is the evening drink of the day. The aroma was sweet, but when I drank it, the sweetness was not as strong as the aroma, and there was a good balance of sweetness, sourness, and finally bitterness. It went very well with a little bit of shibi-shibi (bean-curd soup with red pepper paste).

Finally came up with Shinshu Meisho 🙌
The first day of opening the bottle, it smells strongly of alcohol and it's very strong 😱 because it's 17% alcohol 💦.
It's very good with food ◎Great with grilled fish, simmered dishes, and other Japanese food ✨But I'm not sure I could drink it on its own.
It's easy to drink after a few days. 🙂↕️ I recommend it to accompany your meals😊.
