Wawa Wawa Fukayamazakura Junmai Ginjyo Nama Ginjyo Nama Sake Kasumi
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
100% Miyamanishiki produced in Nagano Prefecture
Polishing ratio 55%, ALC 16%.
We had it in the sealed bottle.
It is a smooth, light, slightly dry sake. In the mouth, you can feel the shwashiness of the sake, but it quickly disappears.

Rice sweetness with just a slight sweetness and a clear nose.
It has a sharp sharpness, but it is very full-bodied and easy to see with its umami flavor. The name is cute too!
It has a deepness that is gradually deepened. Still, it is refreshing. Delicious!

Nagano Purchased at a liquor store
Purchased on a drive to Nagano to buy sake 💰.
I bought it at a sake shop for a new discovery 💰 First time to drink Wawa! Nice to meet you 🤗
Opened the bottle right away 🍶So good 😊.
The taste is drier than I expected, a little more umami.
But there is no bitterness, it's refreshing and delicious 😋.
I didn't know Yamahoe Nishiki also has this kind of sake 🤔.
Thank you very much for your hospitality.

At small fish @ Takatsu-ku, Kawasaki City, Japan
It was an interesting name.
I had never seen it around Nagano either.
It was often with sashimi and tuna salad made from tuna, I think 💦.
