The aroma is clean, when you drink it, it's sweet at first and bitter at the end. Bring your own drinks with your company mates in Hachioji. We do it regularly. I brought the wrong wawa from the hanpukai. I was actually supposed to bring a different wawa. It was well received at Amauma and tasted great. By the way, I also brought a bottle of viridian for the celebration, but I forgot to take a picture of it.

This is the May hanpukai sake. This is my first time here😊. The aroma is quite subdued. Slightly fruity. Chilli and slightly effervescent, melon-like sweetness and a sense of richness in the mid-palate, with a nice crispness at the end of the bottle, quite a complete drink! It would be interesting to raise the temperature range 😋.

Wa-Wa-Wa. This is the first time I have tasted Wawa, brewed by the Furuya Sake Brewery in Saku, with the hope that it will make you feel relaxed and at peace with the Japanese spirit. It has a muscat-like aroma, and when you put it in your mouth, you can feel a slight chilliness, which is pleasant, despite the fact that it is fire-aged. It has a mild sweetness and umami, and its characteristic feature is an elegant acidity, which together with bitterness, tightens the aftertaste and makes it delicious!
