Kumamoto sake is hard to find in Tokyo, and we happened to get this at a liquor store in Shibuya.
It is a good sake with a lot of flavor. It has a refreshing aftertaste with a hint of koji malt. It is easy to drink.
Mm! Dry. With snacks, I can drink it as refreshingly as water. This is good as a food sake. Surprisingly, it has a long aftertaste and a lot of sweetness.
It starts with a soft sweetness that brings out the flavor of the rice ingredients, which are carefully selected from local products.
From there, you get a hint of refreshing sourness and a very refreshing aftertaste!
