Many people are advised by their doctors or family members to quit drinking as they age. However, I think that cutting out the drinking lifestyle that we have enjoyed for so many years without any particular reason may be a breeding ground for stress and may be detrimental to our health.
I am afraid that giving up alcohol without any particular reason may become a breeding ground for stress and damage one's health. We should live the rest of our lives enjoying alcohol in moderation.
This time, I got a limited edition sake from Hankyu Takatsuki. The sake rice is called "Gin-no-sato" and is cultivated without using herbicides.
It was a clear, sweet sake with good acidity and a nice sharp taste.
Good evening, Mr. Shota 😃.
I really want to have a long, relaxing and enjoyable drinking relationship with you 😌 although it's hard to find the right amount 😆.
Good morning Jay & Nobby😃It's mid-September and it's still unusually hot! You only live once, enjoy your favorite drink 🍶 for the rest of your life 😊 although it's hard to judge the right amount 😓.
Kumamoto Prefecture
Kura-oi Junmai-shu
Polishing ratio 65
Alcohol 15%.
Kumamoto sake is hard to find in Tokyo, and we happened to get this at a liquor store in Shibuya.
It is a good sake with a lot of flavor. It has a refreshing aftertaste with a hint of koji malt. It is easy to drink.
Mm! Dry. With snacks, I can drink it as refreshingly as water. This is good as a food sake. Surprisingly, it has a long aftertaste and a lot of sweetness.
