It is Inamuraya's fire-aged special pure 🍶.
It was introduced on the menu as a local staple sake.
It is not mentioned on the label, but it is the sake that brewed Hanafukuyuki 🍶.
The aroma on the nose is slightly sweet.
The first aroma is slightly sweet, and in the mouth it has a refreshingly mild sweetness.
It has a slight astringent taste that finishes off the palate.
Delicious with thick shiitake mushrooms from Owani 🍄🟫 sauteed in butter 😊🍶.
It's been a while since I've had this ❗Nochi-san said this Kasumi nigori was delicious, so I bought it 😊If he says so, there's no doubt about it 😉 Delicious!
It's delicious 😋I can feel a little bit of cemedine, but the fruity and soft sweetness is wonderful 😉.
It's fixed, I should have taken a screener 🤣.
Hi, Mr. Noodle Sake King ☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀.
I've never seen "Inamuraya" before, but the Aomori sake nigori sounds really good 😋.
Hi Gyve 😃.
I'm glad you were able to fix it before they left evidence 😅.
I had an image of Inamuraya as a unique and distinctive sake, but it was a very good fruity and round nigori sake 🎵
I tasted it at a corner shop in Aomori, liked it, and bought it immediately.
This is the first Inamuraya brand I have ever had.
It has a melon-like aroma, a slightly sweet white wine impression, and a good acidity and sharpness.
However, it has a delicate taste, and if you drink it with food, it will go into your mouth unconsciously, so I personally recommend that you savor it slowly and without food.
Well, we're finally getting into April reviews...
It's my wedding anniversary, but it's a review of drinking out with my boss. Well, it's Tokyo, so it can't be helped. 😅
We drank a bottle of Jyushiyo Oorigarami Nama, but I had Inamuraya, which left a lasting impression on me.
I didn't imagine from the label that it would be sweet and juicy, which I like.
It had just the right amount of bitterness, and was really delicious 😋😋.
I want to buy this for drinking at home!
I don't know where they sell it though. 🤣
Good morning, MAJ. I bought this on my trip to Aomori. So it is sold in Aomori 😅I think all of them are good because the one I drank at Aomoriya in Ikebukuro the other day was also good.
Good evening, Nochi-san! I can't make it to Aomori!
I can't make it to Aomori! I'm sure it's for sale somewhere 😂 in Hana no Miyako Tokyo...
Keep looking 🤣
Good evening, Mr. Manachy! I'm so glad to see you here 😄
I drank it without any expectations and it was twice as tasty!
It's a quintessential Aomori sake 😆👍.
Sake bought in Aomori. It is the first time.
It is not in the Aomori ranking, but it is delicious.
It has a good balance of sweet and sour, and since you don't feel any alcohol, the sake goes down well.
I had a lot of out-drinking due to farewell parties and other occasions, so I was going to drink slowly at home for the first time in a while, but I ended up playing mahjong and drinking a lot of manachi (rice wine).
This would have naturally resulted in a negative balance in mahjong, but thankfully, it seems that a certain person has fallen off the board on his own. I'm going to get back on track from here!
Choroki-san, good evening. If you are asleep, you are talking in your sleep, but if you are conscious, they will call you a liar. Please go to sleep quickly while playing mahjong.
Good evening, Nochi-san! I'm so glad to see you here 😄
I drank the same one yesterday at an outing! It was so good 😋If I see it at a liquor store, I'm sure I'll buy some for home drinking 😆👍
I'll be waiting for the mahjong 😁😁.
As the name "Mujin" suggests, this sake is unfiltered, unpasteurized sake.
The initial aroma is mildly sweet.
In the mouth, there is a juicy sweetness of nama sake and umami of rice.
It was fruity and quite delicious ✨.
Aomori ingredients were well replenished 🍶.
Another bottle after the Jikin ✨
I've served another bottle with Jikin Tokujun!
Nice to meet you Inamuraya 🥂.
Dora drank it first.
Dora drank it first and said, "It tastes just like the Jikin from earlier! It tastes a little thinner. ⁉︎
And.........................................
Oh...! Indeed!
It's really the same...
And as expected from Junmai Daiginjo✨
It's so beautiful and round on the palate ✨.
This is easy to drink.
It has 17% alcohol content but it feels light and easy to drink.
but it feels light and easy to drink. ❣️
Dangerous 😆
Tsubu-chan, good morning 😃I see you are very current 😆I have had a Kikunoi one-cup in the past, but I would like to try this one 😲I have never seen Inamuraya in my hometown, but I will look for it next time....
Hello, Tsubu 🐦.
I've never seen this brand before! I want to drink it if it's like Jikin 😻I wonder if it's hard to get it here too if you've never seen it 🤔.
Good evening, Manachie!
Once again I've shown my stupid tongue ⁉︎🤣It's a nice aftertaste compared to the strong aftertaste of the matured ☺Inamuraya, you can't find it in your hometown? ⁉️ Please let me know what you think of it Manachie-san 😉⭐︎
Good evening, Pon😄.
I've never seen this before 👀Inamuraya? Where? I was wondering where Dora got it 🤔.
It's more refreshing than Aged Jikin and you can drink it easily 😋Be careful not to drink too much ⚠️ sake
