A reminder of last night 🎵🎵
Wednesday we went to our usual izakaya for drinks ✨🏮✨.
Bring your own drinks here: ⤴️🍶
Refreshing, refreshing, fruity🌸🍶✨.
It was very delicious!
This is the last 6 bottles I delivered in bulk at a liquor store near Aomori station. At an izakaya in Aomori City, both the person next to me at the counter and the person at the table behind me ordered this one: ‼️ I didn't have a chance to drink it there, but I was curious and made a home delivery.
Tonight, I wanted to match it with a main dish of mackerel stewed with lots of ginger. It is a bit classical, but the balance is wonderful with a soft dryness and sharpness. It goes well with home prepared dishes and is safe for everyday drinking. ❤️ This is a local sake ‼️ I love it 😍.
Aroma is slight
Flat on the palate
A perfect food wine
Goes in quickly and disappears before you know it.
Excellent!
Inamuraya, a limited edition from Jizakean Sato's brewery.
Served in a corner
Great with hot skillet dumplings!
The taste was nutty and fragrant, with a hint of sweetness and a clean finish. The aroma was gorgeous, with a hint of sweetness and a refreshing aftertaste.
Aroma is mild. Slightly lemony?
The taste is also a little sweet and sour citrus, with a delicious rice flavor and a hint of bitterness that gradually pulls you up.
Although it is from Aomori and Tsugaru, it is not apple but lemon 😅.
It is moderate to slightly modern, but it starts with sweet and sour, and then pulls up with umami sour and bitter, and the sourness and umami of rice are characteristic.
I kept it at room temperature for a week after receiving it and in the fridge for a week before opening the bottle, but it didn't drop at all on the second to fifth day after opening, and it seems to change to orange-like sweetness day by day, which is strong.
It is a sake with few flaws as it is from a regular gold medal winning brewery, and although it is modern, it is not overly so and can be served with food. It is a sake from Tsugaru, but surprisingly, it is also good with light salads and grilled fish to bring out the sweetness.
Although it is not as glamorous as Jyozora and this one (although the rice is "Hana-sayaka"), I think it is more than enough for the front line of local sake. The strength before and after opening the bottle is also common.
The Aomori sake series was a bonanza that exceeded my expectations 😄.
The second drink at the Aomori Local Sake Fair was Inamuraya.
The first aroma is mild and sweet.
In the mouth, you can taste the delicious flavor of rice, but as expected from Aomori sake, it is refreshing and crisp.
This is my first time drinking Inamuraya, and it is quite a tasty sake.
Maybe because it is a junmai ginjo?
Just a little taste (*´罒`*)♡♡♡♡♡
I can make love to it more and more because it's so thick. *p
Different kinds are different: ‼️
I'm so sorry for the inconvenience.
When it comes to Aomori, it's shellfish 😘.
Raw oysters to go with the sake!
Choice
As expected on a Saturday ❗️ there are a lot of people 😲😲.
Erin, good morning ☀️
Local sake and shellfish miso❗️ raw oysters❗️ sounds good 😍.
I will be having a petit Aomori special after this too, including Inamuraya (Jungin) 🍶.
T.KISO konbanhas a decision to make.
If you go there, you must eat the shellfish roast. 💕︎
Hirosaki bacon is so good!
Aomori has a lot of area bordering the sea, so there's plenty of seafood 🥰.
