National Sake Fair 2025 in Osaka_75
Aomori Prefecture booth 4
Narumi Brewery is located in Kuroishi City. Representative brands are Inamuraya and Kikunoi.
Inamuraya Gin Karasu 50
A refreshing sourness is followed by a slightly sweet and pungent spiciness. The aftertaste is clean and clear.
Inamuraya Junmai Daiginjo
Fruity aroma. The first impression is of a slightly chocolaty, chocolatey flavor, but this is balanced by the sweetness that spreads into a deliciously sweet flavor.
Narumi Brewery has a garden on their premises, which is designated as a national monument. I googled the name and found a picture of it, and it was very impressive. The building also has an atmospheric appearance.
I forgot to take a picture of the Junmai Daiginjo.
Good evening, Nemuchi-san!
Inamuraya and Kikunoi also have good draft sake 😋.
I was at a national sake fair in Ikebukuro last year, but Aomori doesn't bring any unpasteurized sake except for Tasake.
I can't help but think they don't want to do it.
Good evening, Matsuchiyo-san 🌆I've never seen Kikunoi before 🙄If the sake is good, they need to expand into the Kansai region 😆Maybe they don't want to do a national sake fair because it's not their main sales channel! I guess they don't want to expand their sales channels😅.
National Sake Fair 2025(*)
I know very little about Aomori Prefecture's sake, so for now I'll just have the sake that I seem to like.
It has a very clean flavor and acidity that accentuates it.
The number says it's quite dry, but it may not be that dry.
Okaneya Sake Shop, Adachi-ku, Tokyo! My fourth purchase (personal drinking)!
I purchased 2 bottles of Inamuraya 🤤.
Another sake rice I've never seen before, 50% polished Gintorihata (......). It's a daiginjo, but without ...... indication!
(Sweeter than the last Hana Sayaka).
Ryoso Kisou is a repeat from the previous two times!
Get it before it's gone😍.
I'm new to Inamuraya...
Inamuraya 🍶´- no hassle ‼️
I recommend it! Delicious!
Inamuraya 🍶 and 3 events in a guess.
Sake rice: Hana Sayaka, first time to see sake rice😍.
I got your recommendation in the comments.
I also found Kyu-Maru, so...
I bought it immediately!
Both are 17/18% alcohol
Don't drink too much ⚠️
This is my third purchase from Okaneya Sake Shop
1、Pickled cucumber + carrot
2, Pickled boiled egg
3, A small amount of miso
free of charge every time we have purchased from Okaneya Sake Brewery.
All are delicious with sake!
Today (r7.6.15), there was a person who came from Shinagawa for an hour to buy Inamuraya.
Is he a user of Sake-no-wa?
It is a small store with two showcases displaying sake that requires refrigeration.
It is an exciting store with almost unknown brands. I enjoyed the information and tasted a little bit of each sake.
It is Inamuraya's Kaze Reisou (涼颯冷爽) 🎐.
The top aroma is softly sweet with a hint of apple.
The palate has a refreshing apple-like sweetness and acidity.
If I was thirsty, I would gobble it up, but I would prefer it to be a little thicker.
It was delicious 🍶🍎.
Purchased at Okaneya Sake Shop in Adachi-ku, Tokyo!
Inamuraya is now my guess!
Aomori No. 1 maybe ⁉️
I wonder if anyone knows Inamuraya?
If you find it, please let us know!
Our kitchen door, sake label image added.
You like Inamuraya 🍶 so much😍❗️
20 in 2 hours👍Thank you 🙇♀️
I'm not sure if it's a good idea to buy a new one, but I'm sure it's a good idea.
I'm going to Inamuraya now! I'm going to swallow it to conquer all kinds 😤😋😤😋.
Good evening, Mr. Katsumi🍶.
I have never heard of a special Inamuraya store in Tokyo. And there are 2 🤔.
I like Narumi Brewery's sake 😊.
I drank this sake the other day.
It's refreshing and delicious, isn't it?
Not a floral type.
Firmly sweet and sour with a strong sweetness.
The alcohol content is 17 degrees.
The alcohol spreads in the mouth and leaves through the nose.
Goes well with grilled fish.
Production date: June 2023
Sealing date: September 3, 2023
Rice polishing ratio 50%.
Alcohol 16%.
Participating in the Aomori Sakura Marathon,
While eating Kuroishi Tsuyu Yakisoba after enjoying Aomori, I found Narumi Brewery just across the street from the restaurant.
Slightly thickened
Low acidity
Slightly strong umami
It is delicious today, too!
I bought some dried sardines at a roadside station.
The last of the day.
This is also right after opening the bottle..!
The gorgeous aroma is intertwined with the richness of the umami.
From the mid-palate to the back palate, the spicy richness mingles with the aroma.
Inamuraya Kasumi Nigori.
This is Hanafuki🌾 sake🍶.
The top aroma is sweet with the aroma of koji mold and cooked rice.
The first sip is mildly sweet with a hint of nigori.
It has a slight spiciness with a hint of nigori, which gives it a sharp kick.
It was a refreshing and crisp sake that is typical of Hana Fukietsu ✨🙂 It was delicious!
It was delicious ✨🍶.
I hardly smelled the aroma until I drank it, but when I sipped it, it was sweet and rich. The mouthfeel was also gentle, but the smell of alcohol followed afterwards.
It was an interesting sake with complexity and depth: ☺️
I rather liked it 🎵
