Aomori Sake Inamuraya I used to drink outside. Special Junmai was done. There are not many check-ins for this sake. It's a sake from Aomori, so... This time, we've been taking our time with the fruity sakes we've been enjoying lately, and this one is freshly brewed and dry. It's a bit of a quirk, but it's very crisp and clean. I hardly smelled the aroma until I drank it, but when I sipped it, it was sweet and rich.　The mouthfeel was also gentle, but the smell of alcohol followed afterwards. It was an interesting sake with complexity and depth: ☺️ I rather liked it 🎵

The last sake was consumed at Sake Bar Nami in Akashi City. It is a very limited sake available only at the brewery. The aroma is moderate. It was said to be dry, but it had just the right amount of sweetness and above all, an overwhelming freshness, making it a dangerous sake that I could keep drinking. I found another delicious sake 🌈.

Hirosaki Collective Buy (5) Last year, I liked Inamuraya Special Junmai, which was delivered from a liquor store in front of Aomori Station and drunk for the first time, because it was very local sake-like. So this year, I chose a different bottle of rice. Aomori's "Hana Sayaka" is a first for me. ❣️ It is light and refreshing. It is not only light and refreshing, but also gorgeous, which is also typical of Aomori. In addition, it has a local sake-like quality. ‼️ It goes well with the smoked scallops we happened to have today. Of course, it also goes well with the ponzu-flavored pork shabu for dinner! Inamuraya is my favorite brand 😍.
