Without hesitation, I bought a bottle of Six Nama Sake as recommended by the owner.

Tonight, here is a very popular project sake from Yamagata 💁.
La Jomon Shoumon Koji Triple Masamune Nama Sake 2023BY✨.
I think it is safe to say that this is the second most popular sake after Jyushidai. I think it is. Well, it's hard to buy and sells out quickly 😫 Now, this is the first Koji Sanbai Masozo-shu Nama-shu in my house. As you know, the specs are as perverted as you can imagine 🤣 it is made with Dewanosato x 66% koji ratio x 66% milled rice ratio x Kyokai No.6 yeast 🤣.
The taste is very pleasant with the strong acidity of triple the koji, and it is easy to drink. It is not white koji, but it reminds me of a certain cat sake 😺.

Dewa collaboration of Lajomon from Yamagata, Kame-no-o from Shinjo, Yamagata, and Kuribayashi Shuzo from Akita for Harukasumi.
Juicy like a fresh grapefruit, with a hint of sweetness, good acidity and gasiness.

As with the Nama Sake version, it is easy to drink and has a good acidity that goes well with any meal.
The citrusy freshness is enhanced by the heat-refining process, which is a wonder!

LaJomon Kumagai-style Junmai Sake
The last time I drank Nanuka Nanuka Nanuka with soy sauce flavored hot pot, it was a great pairing, but it was also great with simmered yellowtail.

I looked at LaJomon representative's X (Twitter) and it looks like this sake is Yamahai.
It doesn't say so on the label though 🤔.
The initial aroma is mildly sweet.
In the mouth, there is an elegant sweetness with a hint of bitterness and the umami of rice.
The sake rice is Dewanosato, and it immediately reminded me of Shuho Junmai Daiginjo, which uses Dewasanzu, the parent of Dewanosato.
It was delicious, just like Shuho 🍶.

This is LaJomon's koji triple brewed sake.
The proprietress seems to have purchased it from LaJomon, a pure rice sake specialty store in Yamagata, through the Internet as usual.
Speaking of koji sanbai, Adult Calpis Sanuki Kuraudai is also koji sanbai.
The initial aroma is mildly sweet and sour.
When you put it in your mouth, it has a slightly acidic sweet and sour taste.
It has a sake strength of minus 16, but thanks to the acidity, it does not seem too sweet.
By the way, Sanuki Kuraudai is said to be made with white malted rice, and La Jomon has a similar sweet and sour taste, so I wondered if it was made with white malted rice. I was drinking it thinking that it might be white malted rice.
