Yamagata Purchased from LaJomon Purchased on a ski trip to Yamagata 💰. LaJomon is my go-to place for sake in Yamagata City! But this is the first time I've bought PB LaJomon 🎉. I've never even seen them in four-packs 😝. Nice to meet you ‼️ I immediately opened the bottle 🍶 and it's delicious😊. Very good acidity and flavor with a touch of muscat 😊. The balance of fruity flavor and acidity is so good that it can be served with food or on its own 😋. It is one of my favorites among Yamagata's sake! Delicious 😊 LaJomon also has many varieties! I want to try another kind next time! Thank you for the food!

I looked at LaJomon representative's X (Twitter) and it looks like this sake is Yamahai. It doesn't say so on the label though 🤔. The initial aroma is mildly sweet. In the mouth, there is an elegant sweetness with a hint of bitterness and the umami of rice. The sake rice is Dewanosato, and it immediately reminded me of Shuho Junmai Daiginjo, which uses Dewasanzu, the parent of Dewanosato. It was delicious, just like Shuho 🍶.

Good morning, Matsuchiyo 😃. This is a bottle of Tsubu-chan brought and drank at last year's Kenmin-kai 😆 I don't remember what it tasted like 😅 but everyone enjoyed it! I don't remember what it tasted like 😅but everyone enjoyed it 🤗I'll have to drink it again!

This is LaJomon's koji triple brewed sake. The proprietress seems to have purchased it from LaJomon, a pure rice sake specialty store in Yamagata, through the Internet as usual. Speaking of koji sanbai, Adult Calpis Sanuki Kuraudai is also koji sanbai. The initial aroma is mildly sweet and sour. When you put it in your mouth, it has a slightly acidic sweet and sour taste. It has a sake strength of minus 16, but thanks to the acidity, it does not seem too sweet. By the way, Sanuki Kuraudai is said to be made with white malted rice, and La Jomon has a similar sweet and sour taste, so I wondered if it was made with white malted rice. I was drinking it thinking that it might be white malted rice. Please let me know if you know anything about it 🍶. It was delicious ✨

It was fruity and easy to drink~! This is the first brand I've seen. (I didn't see it registered in this app either.) (Sorry if there is one.) Fruity but not too sweet and easy to drink. I think the store owner told me that it was made by a liquor store and that there is now a brewery, but my memory is a little hazy. I want to drink it again.

I was tasting outside this evening, but it was too good to be true, so I had to put it down 💁. La Jomon Epoche (Epokey) 2022 ✨✨✨✨ A hidden favorite sake tied to Association #6 yeast ✨✨. It's hard to find, and I haven't opened a bottle in a while 😅 This is an assemblage of 3 different types. It has a simple but clear acidity typical of No. 6 yeast and a soft aloe-like aroma that is soothing. The taste is also sharply acidic and citrusy, but very light. It has a bitter aftertaste that is not too sharp, yet it is very easy to drink and hits the perfect line, making it delicious 😋😋😋😋 Hats off to Kumagai-san, as expected 🎩.

Three thousand thousand miles in search of beautiful wine, 🐴. Great sake 😚. Oh no. It should be called white wine 😆. Sogapale, Shinsei Lapis, Flax Cat No6, Echigo Tsurukame, etc. I've had sake like wine before but this is something else 😲🍷. This one overturned my concept of sake! An assemblage of three types of junmai sake with Rokugo-yeast! Refreshing style with a light grape flavor in a subdued aroma. Sake lingers on the tip of the tongue after each sip, and the grape aroma is quite strong! Not a flashy Muscat, not a gorgeous grape Common grape table grape The original flavor It's like a fresh, raw wine 😘. Exquisite acidity and a hint of sweetness, but a little sharp. But isn't that what white wine tastes like ❗ The final aftertaste is the same as wine You can taste the astringency of tannins like wine 😮. It is a very interesting sake I like to drink it on its own. Especially good with salty and fatty food 🤗. Before buying La Jomon I climbed the nearby Mount Chitose 🛤. The mountain is not high but the view is beautiful😄. You can see all of Yamagata City! The snow-covered mountains on the left side of the photo are the Asahi mountain range, and the mountain on the right side is Mount Tsuki🏔.

Good evening, yes I don't like the acidity of Shinsei. I don't dislike the acidity of Sengoku, though! I guess 2 days after opening the bottle is the best time to aim for it. I'm not sure if it's the Polish version or not. Yamadachi's Telecaster is getting old, but it sounds great, so I've been using it for a long time.

Tonight, I'm back at work after GW, but naturally I'm not very excited 🥴. This one is brewed with Dewa Sanzu and Kyokai No. 6 yeast. The aroma is mild without being showy. It is a versatile sake with a soft sweetness and acidity of cucumber and herbs and a clean aftertaste that is also very sake-like 😊. It is as delicious as the rumors say 😋😋😋😋😋.

A friend of mine, who has been my best friend since I was a little girl until now, sent me a bottle of sake☺️ I had this sake, which can only be purchased in the distant Yamagata region, with oden, and it was ...... delicious❗️ I've been drinking a lot of dry sake lately, but this one had a fruity aroma and a soft taste that I could drink as much as I wanted 😋. I am grateful for the existence of "Sake" that brings me together with my friends (not only Sake, but also other people), and for the Sake that I can share with many people through this place, and I would like to continue to share it with many more Sake that I have not met yet. I would like to keep in touch with sake while being excited about the many new sakes I have yet to encounter 😊.

The aroma is subdued, but when tasted, it is like a sweet white wine. You forget that it is a junmai sake made from rice. It seems to be imbued with Mr. Kumagai's idea of promoting No. 6 yeast. It is a sake where you can see the face of the person who made it, and you can feel Mr. Kumagai's humble yet passionate approach to sake. Purchased at LaJomon, a notable sake shop in Yamagata Prefecture.

こちらは通常のお酒より麹三倍使用してるとか。正直良くわからないけど(笑)ただ、私のイメージの山廃ではなかった。雑味は多少感じるけど、サッパリしてて呑みやすかった。意外性のある一本。
