Birthday party 3rd drink I offered the owner a cup of "Chou". He was so happy that he hadn't had it for a while! Various kinds of sake were served from here. I see that la jomon has increased in variety. This PEAKY has a strong acidity, like Shinmasa or Senkou. It is made with triple the amount of koji. But I think it was mellow and well-balanced. How about GOWARINGO (50% koji) from Iga-ya Sake Brewery in Nagano?
