Tonight, I'd like to work on my drinking game again today, but if I go out during the day, I'll be sweaty and heated up 🥵, so I'm retreating home early to cool down with one of my favorite bottles here 💁. La Jomon Junmai Sake Shoumon Koji Tripled Sake Hi-iri 2024BY✨ This is everyone's favorite Koji Sanbai Masozo sake Hi-iri. The aroma is sour and lemongrass-like. The sourness in the first sip has an impact, but the overall balance is maintained and it is not simply sour, but combined with the sweetness of the rice, it has depth and a three-dimensional quality, and it naturally slurps and slurps in an endless loop ♾️😋🐴. I'd like to make it a regular stock sake in our house, but well, it's hard to find 😅.
