The aroma is slightly sour. When you take a sip, you will feel the smoothness in your mouth, followed by a citrusy sourness. The last taste is slightly bitter. It is sweet and sour and goes down smoothly. The sourness is quite similar to that of Niida no Go-san, which I drank the other day. After drinking it for a few days, I felt that the flavor gradually became more concentrated, and it became more and more to my liking. I wanted to try it with Japanese sweets, but I forgot to prepare them, so I went with sweetened chestnuts🌰 that were in the fridge. The sweetness in the sweet and sour taste was offset by the acidity. It's amazing that it has a wine-like quality on its own, but when paired with Japanese sweetness, it's perfect ✨. I would like to try the raw sake as well 🍶.

Good evening, ichiro18! I thought this sake itself was rather westernized. I felt that this sake itself has a rather western aspect, but it was indeed a Japanese sake 🍶 that goes well with Japanese flavors 👍I also recently got this brand for the first time and I'm hooked 😆 If you find it, please do 😉.
