I think I bought sake everywhere during GW, but I bought this one at a place in Saitama for the first time. The label caught my eye, so I bought it. It has a nice ginjo aroma and an ama-like taste, followed by a bitter or astringent taste. After the moderate ginjo aroma and ama-ama feeling, a bitterness or astringency followed. I thought that this pattern might not be so common. It may be an addictive taste.

I heard they use a yeast called Super CEL27. Hmmm 🤔 I don't know what's super😅 But it's pineapple-y and nice. Now if only it had a little more pizzazz and gas... It would be perfect!

A sake brewery in Kochi opened a store at Harukas for a limited time. Today, the first day of the event, Kawazawa Sake Brewery, the newest brewery in Kochi, was here for tasting and sales. The toji (master brewer) of this brewery has 20 years of sake brewing experience at Kameizumi Sake Brewery. I had a chance to taste the whole range of their sake, which is generally less sweet and more refreshing than Kameizumi cel's. 🙆‍♂️ This time, I bought this limited edition sake that suited my taste. It is fruity with a firm acidity, and is one that even beginners will like. It was delicious 😋.

The naming is strange, but still, I can't seem to remember it, Junmai Daiginjo Karara Karara, clouds in the mountains. A sake brewery that seems to have many other unusual names. The label is also distinctive, so I was more conscious of it than the taste, and I don't remember the taste well. I think it might have been "Karara Karara". 💦. With a very large fried chicken. It is the 19th brewery in Kochi Prefecture and was started by a former Kameizumi sake brewer. A nearby liquor store started selling it, so I bought some. There are four kinds of sake: three are jun-dai and one is tokubetsu junmai. I chose this one 😅 thinking that the special junmai is the guideline of the brewery's taste, right? I chose this one 😅. It has a light taste. After a slight sweetness, it has a fresh acidity that makes it easy to drink. It is easy to drink without any aftertaste. I dare to compare it to a wine. It was quite tasty 👍Thank you 😄

It is full of fruity flavors and should be enjoyed well chilled. The name [zaaguzaagu] expresses the sound of the cold wind blowing through the surface after a snowfall, which is heard from the feet stepping into the frozen snow surface.
