The first bottle of Clouds in the Mountains that I bought in bulk is Carrara Carrara.
The aroma is faintly pineapple
It is lightly sweet and still has a pineapple🍍 feel to it.
It finishes with a light bitterness in the second half.
This is a very refreshing type.
I think it's good as a food wine 🤔.
I drink it by itself at home so I don't know about the marriage 😂.
The impression is totally different from Goh Goh Goh 🤔.
It's light and easy to drink 😋.
