I've been seeing a lot of clouds in the mountains lately in Sakewa: ☁️
I was curious after reading the various reviews and wondered if Carrara was the one I would like? I went ahead and bought it.
The aroma is citrusy and sour.
When I drink it, the chili 🫧 muscat aroma passes through my nose and disappears with a sizzle...clear.
A bit of citrusy bitterness as it disappears, and then it cuts off closer to dry.

Still pretty clear after a few days✨
Clear, spicy, watery liquid.
It's also different from the image of dry Kochi sake 🍶, but a nice crisp and refreshing one 🍶.
Onomatopoeia? I can't imagine what it tastes like at all, but I'd like to try the other ones.
