I had a chance to drink some sake from a new brewery in Kochi, and I bought it because it was my favorite strain.
Personally, I had high expectations for this sake because it comes from Kameizumi.
When cold, the aroma was rather subdued, and as the temperature rose, I could detect a pineapple-like aroma, which is typical of Seru.
It is a sweet and sour type of sake with both sweetness and sourness coming out strongly, and the sourness leaves a stronger impression than the very sweet type.
The sourness that lingers in the mouth leaves a strong impression, and the sake finishes relatively nicely, giving the impression of a dry sake.
