What a unique bottle & label (unusual name too 🤣) This brewery has a lot of unusual names (sounds of nature?).
AC95-80 yeast from Kochi... fruity?

How does it taste?
When you drink it, it is sweet and sour! It's refreshing and delicious!
Fresh!
Really slight bitterness? I guess a slight bitterness comes in.
Then, as you drink it, the sourness starts to overpower the sweetness 😝 (or is it?)
On the second day, it seems gentle, soft sweet and sour, even better 😋.
Like a white wine with soft acidity 🥰.

The sub name "Mr. Clouds in the Mountains"? is very interesting and unusual 🎵.
And your review is different from my impression of Kochi sake (dry and cel24) 😲.

I tried the Clouds in the Mountains. I had the impression that the zaag zaag was less sweet and more sour than CEL24. Is it refreshing because it's Gohyakumangoku? I think the others would be interesting too 😋.
