Let's drink Shiga's sake series. At a drinking party at work, there was only "sake" in the all-you-can-drink menu for the first meeting, so we spent the second meeting with only beer and other drinks. The only sake available was Omi sake🍶. I was grateful for the sake! It is "New Hatsusakura Nama Hashidataro Jungin Ginbuki Nama Sake" by Yasui Sake Brewery in Koka City, Shiga Prefecture! Hatsuzakura aims to be that kind of sake that gently snuggles up to you, a good sake that brings a smile to your face. Taro Yasui, son of the 5th generation brewer, has been brewing sake as the 6th generation brewer since 2028 after training at Akishika Brewery and Kumazawa Brewery. New Hatsusakura's "Nama Hashimoto Taro" is brewed under the responsibility of the 6th generation brewer. There are various types of sake made from different rice, but this time it is made from Ginbukietsu. Ginfukiyo is a Shiga sake rice with Yamadanishiki as the mother and Tamakoe as the father 🌾. I don't have any notes, but it was delicious and I wanted to record it: ☺️ Ikashitaro with a retro label. I thought it was a lumpy classic sake, but when I drank it cold, it was very easy to drink, with a clean and moderate acidity of a clean sake yeast, and a soft mouthfeel with flavor! It made me happy and made me smile. ☺️ I also wanted to try it heated 🍶. Omi sake, I still want to deepen it!

The fourth photo is from the series "I drank Omi Sake like this! I drank a cup of Hirai Shoten's sake "Sake brewing 3003000 years" from Asakayo a long time ago 🍶 It was a gentle dry Junmai sake. ☺️

Good evening, Aladdin. I was just thinking 🤔 that I'm going to Shiga tomorrow and I wish I could buy some Namahashitaro. Yasui's sake is delicious 😋.

Good evening, Hirupeko 😃. Did you manage to buy the sake? Lately, I'm beginning to be impressed by the power of Omi sake: ☺️ I was also amused by your sense of translating Yasui Sake Brewery as "safety well brewery" 😊.
