While visiting the Shigaraki Ceramic Forest, I went to stock up on sake.
I found a limited edition sake from Hatsuzakura!
Made from 100% Shiga Prefecture Ginbukiyo. It is a "super" limited edition sake with a medium kumi.
The aroma is more yogurt-like acidity than fruity.
It is lightly cloudy.
The taste is strong - the acidity is effective, but the umami and flavor are strong.
There is a bitter aftertaste and the alcohol content is 17%, so it has a lot of punch!
I like the Namahashitaro series!

Got it on a petit trip to Shiga. I was attracted by the Sakura Crepus-like label at Hikone Sazanami Sake Shop, and the store owner recommended it.
Well, what a surprise, the rice is Nihonbare, which once dominated Japan with the largest cultivated area for rice, and even now, is the main variety in Shiga Prefecture.
The first aroma is melon! Nutty and sweet later, then astringent and bitter, but light and delicious. Sake, I like it.

This is the first cherry blossom first love that I received from an acquaintance and had for the first time.
It has a sweet and sour taste, really like first love.
As a strain, it tastes similar to Senkou and Izumibashi, but it is a little different from both of them. It was a fresh taste and I liked it.
It was the first time I had heard of this brand, so I am very glad to know about it because I would not have picked up this sake by myself.
It is not something I often see at liquor stores, but I would like to pick it up again if I find it.
I realized once again that there are still many sake brands in the world that I don't know about, and that what I know is just the tip of the iceberg.

This time it is Gintaro-kun from New Hatsusakura.
This sake is from Tsuchiyama, Shiga Prefecture.
I went to the brewery openings in Konan and Koka City, Shiga Prefecture, where many members of the Kansai Branch participated, and decided to bring this sake home with me.
Crystal appearance.
First at room temperature.
It has a sweet, raisin-like aroma with a mild mouthfeel.
It has a mild mouthfeel.
When you take a sip, you will taste a sweet and sour taste like a persimmon with a soft sweetness from the savory rice flavor. The bitter and astringent taste is mixed in with the lingering rice flavor, which slowly fades away.
When served hot, the aroma of freshly cooked rice and the clear sweet and sour taste are enhanced.
It's just so good, just the way I like it!
