puchiWhen I heard it was made-to-order, limited edition Jusui, I found myself buying it😅.
Sweetness-amiami exquisite balance💕
The balance I like ✨
Delicious 😋.
I'm going to go on and on and on 🍶.
I'm glad I'm off tomorrow 🤣.
ハリーJusui Sparkling
Pastel-colored label
Jumizu brewing means less water
It is a dark sake with little water.
This is the first time for them to make a sparkling sake.
But it has a slightly robust flavor.
Not too sweet, perfect for a mealtime drink!
578 for drinking at home
武侯祠I bought this bottle on a whim. There was no prior research, it was not a jacket purchase, I picked it up on a hunch. I was drawn to it by the word "pole. Marketing wins.
I opened the bottle thinking, "I'll drink it as a stopgap drink between sunsets. I opened the bottle with this in mind.
Well, well, well, well, it might be a little tasty. The second glass...it's super tasty. It's probably the best sake I've had recently. I keep thinking it is, but when I translate it into words, I can't help but think "maybe". By the third glass, I was convinced that I might have found it. I wondered which sake brewery it was, Kato Kihachiro Sake Brewery. I see, it is that brewery whose muddy sake is popular. I'll have to dig it up. I'll check out Sake-no-wa, too. Thanks for the encounter.
ShinkazuThe juicy, fruity, and dry taste with a touch of effervescence makes it refreshing and easy to drink.
The uniqueness that is typical of Jusui is a bit diminished, but the high level of cohesiveness makes it suitable for a wider range of people.
ペンギンブルーFreshly opened.
Slightly schwarziness.
Smooth and creamy with lots of koji flavor.
It has a subtle ripe banana flavor.
It has a powerful alcohol taste like a pure sake, but it also has a strong sweetness and umami flavor.
The aftertaste is clean despite the richness of the nigori.
Good.
