Special Junmai-shu with 60% polished rice ratio This sake is brewed by the method called "Jusui-Jikomi". When poured into a glass, there is a strong ginjo aroma at first. When you take a sip, it is mellow and full. It is full of umami and sweetness, and has a rich taste. It's a flavor that will knock your socks off! This is a limited version of "Tokusui Junmai-shu". The sake is bottled and sealed as soon as possible after bottling, so it can only be tasted at the mouth of the tank. It is said to be a rare gem with a limited distribution. It's delicious!
