The aroma is subdued. The taste is rich with mild acidity and sweetness with a slight fizziness. The taste is typical of rice wine and is suitable for commemoration!
I felt it was a very well-balanced sake. The sweetness of the rice and the acidity are well balanced. I found myself drinking it all the time. Personally, I would have liked it to be a bit more than that, but... I think it's great as a food sake. It is a good sake that enhances any dish without interfering with it!

The third drink was Tasake!
This one, too, is a sure thing 😘.
Not Akita Komachi, but Akita Sake Komachi!
A little sweet
and a little sweet, but very refreshing and gentle!

I think this is the first time I've had Tasake's Yamahai. I may have already had it. But I don't know. I have the impression that it is easy to drink and has no strong habits. I don't know if Yamahai is like this.
Tasake's Kojo-nishiki is an iron plate!
It's really good!
It is juicy, acidic, and fruity, like biting into a honey apple.
No wonder it was so highly rated in various reviews.
The bottle is also tastefully designed and cool!
I found a cheap bottle of Tasake (rice wine) on the internet at Kagataya. I had to buy it, so I bought it reflexively. I also bought a bottle of Super Kudokitoe.
Even before drinking it, there was a faint aroma. It has a fruity aroma of apples, a slight sizzle, and softens and tightens. After all, rice wine is delicious. It doesn't need any matches. You can drink it with just this.

Gorgeous! But not too sweet! It's light and beautiful. The aftertaste is crisp and refreshing. It has a little bit of a juicy aftertaste. It's mellow, isn't it? This is Mugen Sake. ♾️ is terrifying. The astringent aftertaste is delicious. 88 points
