When I'm feeling tired, I like to drink sake!
The sake that seems to make me feel refreshed and invigorated is...
So this week I was enjoying Nishida Sake Brewery's Tasake!
This time it was MicroBubble Nama!
I happened to see it when I went to pick up the sake I ordered online and was able to get it!
Let's enjoy it right away!
The beautiful bubbles when poured into the glass - I'm so excited!
And then the aroma. It has a sweet, fresh, fruity aroma.
My anticipation is growing!
The first day
When you put it in your mouth, it is easy to drink with a fruity sweetness on top of the shwashy stimulation and a freshness.
The lingering aftertaste has a hint of bitterness that is not too strong.
The saltiness and sweetness can also be felt in the inner part of the mouth, and it is really delicious!
This time it was served in a champagne glass, but it looks like a sparkling wine.
And you can certainly taste the umami of rice - it's delicious!
The second day
Sweet, refreshing, and fruity today!
I was surprised that this is sake!
The lingering aftertaste is refreshingly bitter with a touch of umami.
It goes well with meals, and the more you finish it, the more you drink it, and the more you drink it, the more you drink it!
I am so happy to spend time with good sake!

I recently visited Oga in Akita and Furofushi Onsen in Aomori ♨️ 🚃 both were nice places👍 especially Akita where the rice and fish were personally delicious 😋 and of course the local sake😆.
The stone-grilled natural sea bream hot pot I had in Oga, the fourth one on this trip, was very tasty, with a simple flavor that had a depth to it 🎶.
But I digress from the standing aroma. The aroma is soft, with a hint of apple. When you put it in your mouth, you can feel the strong gas and taste a little sweetness reminiscent of malted rice and apples, almost like champagne. The bitter taste spreads slightly at the end, and the finish is refreshing.
Serve with sauteed sea bream. The simple taste of sea bream grilled in olive oil with salt only, combined with this sake, increases the sweetness and flavor of each and makes the drink go further. ☺️

Shinjin-san Akita has many delicious foods and also many things that you can't taste unless you go there 🚃Furofushi Onsen might be best to visit around autumn. Anyway, it was an open-air bath, so it was unobstructed and hot, and the bath was hot too 🥵.
