I came to the Urawa PARCO store for Katsuma but it was out of stock😱.
I was frustrated so I went to the corner 😊.
I got Tasake, Yamamoto, Koshi and Hakkaisan.
They were having a sake tasting contest for 3 different types of Aizan 😊 with a chance to win a raffle ticket to buy a bottle of Jikin.
The thing 👍 to win the Jikin, Hanayuup, and Masumi MIYASAKA from the three varieties.
A:Masumi B:Jikin C:Hanayuup and vote with B: 🗳️
I was right 👍I was amazing😊.
And now ...
Of course, I didn't win the raffle ticket 🎫I'm weak😊.
While cheering for Samurai Japan 🇯🇵 👊😄📢.
Great victory over 🇹🇼 😀!
Please keep up the momentum in tomorrow's final!
...but I'm sorry for the big loss on Sunday 😭⤵⤵⤵.
I can only hope for the 50th anniversary of Yamahai Junmai 🤩🤩🤩🤩....
It smells so good 😆.
I went fishing for flounder for a long time, so I will have it with sashimi and carpaccio.
It has a sweetness and astringency like a ripe persimmon, and goes perfectly with the fatty flatfish sashimi 😋.
It also drains off the olive oil when paired with the carpaccio, making it a perfect match, and I can't stop sipping it one after another 👍!
Thanks to the blessings of the sea and rice 🤩.
This is definitely a ★★★★★
Good morning, Kuri-san!
Sorry to hear about Samurai Japan 💧.
Your picture of the sea is beautiful and I reacted to it ✨.
You can't go wrong with the flounder you caught yourself and the tasake 🎵.
I really appreciate the blessings of nature!
Hi ma-ki!
Sake with fish you caught yourself is the best ❕🥰.
I have been fishing for a few years now, and the sake was the best of them all.
I was so excited to see the sunrise from the boat as I headed to the fishing spot 🤭.
Hi Manachie!
I actually forgot to take a picture of the biggest flounder, so the attached picture is the two smaller ones 🤭.
As a tasake lover, the moment I found it, I picked it up and headed to the cashier, even though I was confused by the price 🤣.
It's our 50th anniversary and we haven't had tasake in a while: ☺️
I haven't tasted Yamahai since Shiokawa Shuzo's Cowboy 😊.
The taste is from the apple-like sweetness that is typical of Tasake to the slightly pungent taste of Yamahai with a touch of bitterness at the end ✨.
It has a sake feel to it and a tazake-like quality that makes it delicious 😊.
1.8L ¥3,630 Alcohol content 16% Raw material rice: 100% Aomori Prefecture grown Hanabukiyuki, Polishing ratio 55% Sake degree 0 Acidity 1.6 I was lucky enough to find a bottle at an authorized dealer yesterday. In Aomori City and other areas, it is sold out immediately, including the four-pack bottles. It is sometimes found in supermarkets, but do not buy it because it is completely resold. ‼️ It has a slightly dry taste, but you can not feel the strong acidity characteristic of Tasake. 👍️ This year's Tasake had gas in everything, but this Yamahai brewing has no gas feeling. Even if you can't get it this time, if you are lucky, it may be in stock in March. ‼️
It was so good I bought more!
It has a strong umami and acidity, freshness, and a refreshing taste.
It is a sake that has all the good things I like about sake!
I never get tired of it no matter how many bottles I drink, so I have to buy more!
The last one is here 💁.
Tasake Junmai Daiginjo Yamadanishiki
40% polished
The last one is Tasake 🍶.
Yes, definitely delicious 🤤.
I was allowed to choose the closing.
Slightly schwarziness, full rounded flavor, clean and crisp.
Was it a little long since opened?
I didn't feel the freshness that much.
But it was still delicious 😋.
I had a lot of expensive sake, but my personal No. 1 was "Jyushidai" (🥇).
The clear taste was unrivaled.
I would like to try it again if I have the chance!
