Sweet and fruity aroma typical of rice wine
From the smooth mouthfeel,
The juicy sweetness and umami of rice, reminiscent of apples, spreads out, and the lingering bitterness in the back of the throat, while the acidity finishes off with a refreshing lightness.
Tasake Junmai Daiginjo Shizuku Shibori" by Nishida Shuzo-ten
This is a special bottle that was hung in a bag for the sake to be entered in a competition. It is the quintessence of delicacy and cleanliness, but also strength.
The delicate ginjo aroma. The light and delicate touch gives it a beautiful and delicious flavor that is the essence of Junmai Daiginjo-shu. The taste has a soft sweetness and clarity.

I bought a normal Tokujun at yesterday's liquor store tour. I actually found a Yamahai Tokujun at Koyama Shoten but didn't buy it because of my fridge 🤣I ended up buying a normal Tokujun at the second store because they didn't have what I was looking for 😅.
I'm looking forward to it since I've never had the normal one and always had the limited edition ones 😊.
Green apple 🍏 aroma, clean texture, mild sweetness to umami 😃The acidity is crisp and a little spicy. This is the normal Tokujun🤔It is indeed a food sake. I've had other kinds of sake and the spiciness was especially noticeable. I can't find what I like about Tasake 🤔.
I warmed it up to try it out.
Warmed to human skin
It has a sweet, full aroma, a mild mouthfeel, a light umami, and a crisp acidity. The aftertaste is astringent. The aroma has a hint of green apple.
Warmed to lukewarm
It becomes more crisp than when warmed to human skin. The umami is soft and fluffy.
I tried various ways and in the end, I thought cold sake was the best.
Second day
The sweetness is beautiful ✨This is what Tasake 😁 is supposed to be like 😍After all, it's better if you let it sit for a day 👍.
Sorry for all the trouble with the postings, but this is before my sobriety break 😊I will be inactive until the end of November before the season of health checkups and year-end parties.
Good morning, ichiro18!
You know a good liquor store that usually has tasake on tap 🎵.
I see your abstinence from sake is starting in preparation for your health checkup & year-end party 😲.
Looking forward to your review 🤗
Hi ma-ki-😃.
I now know if Tasake can be bought individually or as a tying together, and if it is available in stores on the day of release or at a later date 🥰Thank you for your help. I will reset my body once 🤗
(These are just my thoughts from my stupid tongue.)
As soon as you pour it into a glass and bring it close to your mouth, the aroma is gorgeous.
The first sip goes down my throat quickly and smoothly.
Fruity... pear... or maybe blue melon? Anyway, it's elegant, clear, fragrant, and super delicious ✨.

Quote from President Nishida's Instagram
Aomori's "Hanasoi" rice suitable for sake brewing is polished to 35% for this Daiginjo-shu. All sake made with "Hanasoi" is named "Hyakushicho".
This "Zenchidori" is a relative of "Kikusen" as it contains brewing alcohol. Unlike "Tenshu," it is not a junmai sake, so rather than a sake with a wide range of flavors, the 35% rice polishing ratio and the brewing alcohol give it a very clear, clean taste and elegant aroma. However, it is not only beautiful, but it also has a delicious taste behind it.
I see 🧐It's true! ✨

Tasyu Special Junmai Akita Sake Komachi
Rating 4.5
Rice: Akita Sake Komachi, Alcohol: 16%, Rice Polishing Ratio: 55%, Sake Degree: -1, Acidity: 1.5
A special Junmai sake brewed with Akita Sake Komachi. A "special junmai sake" brewed with different rice as a new effort by Nishida Sake Brewery. You can enjoy the soft and gentle rice flavor that is typical of Akita Sake Komachi, which is different from the signature sake "Tasake Special Junmai Sake" brewed with "Hanabukiyuki".
It has a nice mild taste. The aroma is strawberry-like at first, then melon-like, and finally converges with a moderate acidity to give a refreshing taste.
High-spec sake that I had decided to drink the day before

Koukou-Shinko is the same sake rice as the starting sake of the day, Cosmos!
Tasake is a sake with an apple flavor 🍎, but this was different!
It's more like Koshizai.
This fruity flavor!
The customer next door gave us a tempura of liliy bits of tempura!
