Nishida Shuzo, as you know, is a sake brewery located in Aburakawa, Aomori City. Tasake is literally rice field sake, a line of junmai sake. I happened to find and purchase this sake at a local liquor store that occasionally carries Tasake. It is brewed with Hokkaido's Comet instead of the usual Aomori sake rice, Hanabukiyuki. And this too-red design makes one wonder if it was inspired by Char, the "Red Comet"? It makes one wonder if it was inspired by Char, the "Red Comet". The bottle was opened to commemorate the completion of the new Gundam by 2025. The aroma that leaves your nose after swallowing is amazing! It is delicious! After the sake-like flavor, the alcohol is quickly asserted and quickly disappears. I don't like sake-like sake with a strong alcohol taste, but I can drink this! I'm amazed that it's so cheap for such good sake!
