A smooth sake that goes down the throat easily. Good sweetness, umami, acidity, and a touch of bitterness to tie it all together. Great balance, I like it 😊.

This is a prime example of a sake that you can't go wrong with special pure rice. We enjoyed it again this time 😊.
It starts out sweet, but the umami gradually increases, and after drinking it, you feel refreshed and want to roar "haha, it's delicious". I probably write this every time, but I feel relieved when I drink Tazake because it is "the sake" (and I don't mean that in a bad way).
During this three-day weekend, I took naps whenever I had time (I didn't fall asleep at night either, is that why it was raining? ☂️) I ran out of my usual lack of sleep. I know I can't sleep in 💦.

I bought a bottle of Tasake-sama a long time ago thinking my husband would want to drink it, but I neglected to open it when he wasn't around 😅...
I think this is my favorite Tasake I've ever had.
It has a slightly fruity aroma, but it doesn't interfere with the meal at all, and the rice flavor is rich and really tasty. ❤️

The chili is restrained and the quality of the sake is robust, but the end result is dry and delicious with a summer sake-like finish.
Personally, I prefer the special junmai.
