I got it at the right time this time 😆 It has a slightly amber color when I poured it. It has a fruity aroma like green apple or other fruity aroma 🤔It has a gassy feeling when you drink it, crisp sweetness, richness, and a touch of alcohol. It has a classical taste with the richness of rice. It has a refreshing aroma with a good sharpness and a smooth mouthfeel. 😋Red tuna, sea bream, Tsubu shellfish sashimi, asari tsukudani, ◎green onion guy ◯It has a sweetness when drunk in a hiya. Hot sake is even more classic with a full-bodied, sweet and bitter flavor.
Post-birthday celebration, a small restaurant in Joetsu City (3).
I never thought I would run into you again...!
Dinshu!
I am delighted.
Joetsu's izakaya have a much better selection of out-of-prefecture sake than Niigata City's izakaya.
Glad I chose this place... 😭
Gorgeous fruity.
Illusion of ginjo aroma even though it's a special pure sake.
I have nothing more to say.
It is wonderful....
Tasake's new product is a different sake rice from their standard special junmai sake.
When I heard that it was Akita Sake Komachi, I had to buy it! I headed to the liquor store as fast as I could.
It has the fullness and flavor typical of Tasake, with a bit of flamboyance, and seems to go well with a wide range of meals.
I had a bottle of Yukidaruma before this one, and the difference between the two is also amazing lol!
I've had most of what I wanted to drink this year, and next time I go to my usual liquor store 🍶 with a vow to cut back on alcohol until the end of the year.
Sweet aroma of tropical fruits.
Slightly sour with a slightly bitter aftertaste.
Compared to junmai ginjo, the texture is lighter and more fruity on the tongue.
Delicious. ☺️
Started drinking at 12°C.
It has a slightly rough texture on the tongue, which is unusual for a rice wine.
It is quite sweet.
More fruity sweetness than rice sweetness.
In my opinion, it does not taste like rice wine.
Tasake, that's the light you saw.
The hope I saw in you.
It's the heart of friendship
It's the rice field sake of happiness
Tasake.
As always, delicious!
