It's crisp, fruity and full of flavor, and the rind is bitter and crisp ✨ The aroma is... green apple? I'm not sure if it's green apple or not (my nose seems to be damaged by the dryness).
Ohhhh, it's delicious!
It doesn't smell like alcohol at all, but the sake flavor is very strong!
I look forward to it every year 😋.

It is also a good food sake, and when served at room temperature, it goes well with stir-fried dishes.

I came home dejected, thinking that my first dream must be about that because I couldn't finish my work at all 😔.
I often drink Tokujun Yamahai, but this one is also very tasty with rich sweet flavor 😋There is nothing wrong with Tasake's Yamahai, and the green Yamahai is also delicious, as is Iraka.
I felt energetic while drinking, and after finishing, I was so tired that I stepped on the floor, cleaned up, took a bath, and slept for a long time. I'm glad I didn't end up falling asleep.
