If you've been holding off on purchasing due to inventory clearance. I only have 9 bottles of sake in the fridge😱😮‍💨 I'm itching to buy some! Well I was able to buy new Tasake sake again this year! Thank goodness there is a sake shop just a 10 minute drive from my house! Thank goodness there's a store about a 10 minute drive from my house 😆. It's still delicious! It's fresh!

Tazake Tokubetsu Junmai Shu Nama 2025 Shinshu My favorite Tasake 2025 new sake 🍶. It is twice as juicy and fruity as usual, which is typical of Tasake. Blue Jinling🟦 in blue Red Denshu 🟥. I don't feel the apple flavor as much as I usually feel with Denshu, but as the temperature slowly rises in my mouth, I can feel it a little bit. I think this one is fuller and more expansive than the other one, even though they are made with the same rice. I think I prefer Tasake. The restaurant was almost full on that day! It must be hard for a young man to run a restaurant by himself! The first thing you notice when you approach the glass is the elegant sweet aroma that spreads softly. It was subdued, yet gorgeous, and the anticipation was unintentionally heightened. In the mouth, a soft sweetness spreads first, followed by a pleasant bitterness. The balance between sweetness and bitterness is exquisite, and every time you drink this bottle, you will say, "Delicious! The taste is calm, but also has a strong character, as one would expect from Tasake ✨.
