Akita Sake Komachi
Polishing ratio 50%.
Mellow!
Taste like a rice wine!
I consider this to be a sake with a strong flavor.
It also has a good sharpness.
I think this is the type of sake that you drink slowly and to your heart's content, rather than drinking it in large gulps!
It has a good sharpness!
It's delicious!

Keihan Department Store Moriguchi Sake Festival (5)
The main attraction of the event was that they had a little bit of pre-sake, so they had Katsuma and Shinmasa.
Among them, there was a sake I've been curious about, so I ordered it!
The price was announced as 1,100 yen for 50ml, but they said it would be 800 yen.
They let me drink the sake I didn't order, and other customers got the set price for the sake they didn't order. I like their flexibility. 👍️
The taste is sweet and refreshing, but also very drinkable, probably because it is Yamahai. I think it is one of the sweetest Tasake.
I don't know because I haven't had any recently.
I wonder if the fact that it's Yamahai is also to my liking now 🤔.
I know it sounds like I'm a meek person, but this was my favorite sake I had here!
Hello 😃
I think Tasake's Yamahai is made very sweet as bouken said, while still retaining its character, and this premium is even easier to drink. I've enjoyed a bottle of it, so I'm sure of it 😆.
Tasake's Autumn Sake 🍂.
I opened a bottle of Tasake as a celebration at the inn where I stayed for my birthday, and I feel that the mellowness of autumn sake mixed with the freshness, sharpness, and sweetness of a freshly opened bottle makes it even easier to drink.
I love rice wine so much!
It tastes like I want to drink it forever 🍶.
I received this sake because of my work and I had it with my colleagues at work.
It is a standard brand of Tasake, and I have had it several times, and it has a refreshing taste that I never get tired of drinking. It was a bottle, but it ran out quickly.
Tasake's limited edition sake from the brewery, Junmai Ginjo Yamahai, is drunk with Old Baccarat. This delicious Yamahai-brewed sake has a very good balance of umami and sweetness.
It is recommended for beginners as it is beautiful, aromatic, and easy to drink.

BAR@ART MON ZEN KYOTO
It is a stable rice wine 🍶.
Mild yet fruity aroma.
Mellow sweet taste with a hint of sourness and bitterness at the end.
It is a good sake that you will never get tired of drinking 😁.
