Tasake Junmai Daiginjo 40.5% Yamadanishiki
Rating 4.4-4.5
Rice: Yamadanishiki, Polishing ratio 45
Noble aroma reminiscent of green apples and pears! It is full of freshness, with a thick umami flavor that spreads slowly. In addition to the refinement and smoothness of the sake quality, the acidity felt in the latter half of the flavor gives it a crisp and refreshing taste.
The acidity that can be felt in the latter half of the flavor gives it a crisp and refreshing finish. The aroma is fresh and fruity. A sense of balance between clear, powerful flavor and crispness. Convergence is dryness.
Sold out everywhere 💦.
but miraculously I was able to buy the last bottle 😭I'm so happy!
I had it right away!
(My stupid tongue's impression...)
I can feel its vitality!
It's crisp, fruity and full of flavor, and the rind is bitter and crisp ✨ The aroma is... green apple? I'm not sure if it's green apple or not (my nose seems to be damaged by the dryness).
Ohhhh, it's delicious!
It doesn't smell like alcohol at all, but the sake flavor is very strong!
I look forward to it every year 😋.
Fashionably labeled Tasake! It starts off sweet and mellow, and later on you can taste the sharpness, so it is very satisfying as a stand-alone sake.
It is also a good food sake, and when served at room temperature, it goes well with stir-fried dishes.
I hadn't had it in over 10 years.
I had forgotten what it tasted like, but it really is delicious 😋 and very much my favorite sake.
It has a great umami flavor and is very mellow.
I'll have to drink it from now on if I'm lucky enough to come across it: ‼️

My company's fiscal year ends at the end of the year, so I have to finish the business trip accumulation by Thursday until the approval on Friday, the last day of the year. I was very nervous because I could not get my credit card statement.
I came home dejected, thinking that my first dream must be about that because I couldn't finish my work at all 😔.
I often drink Tokujun Yamahai, but this one is also very tasty with rich sweet flavor 😋There is nothing wrong with Tasake's Yamahai, and the green Yamahai is also delicious, as is Iraka.
I felt energetic while drinking, and after finishing, I was so tired that I stepped on the floor, cleaned up, took a bath, and slept for a long time. I'm glad I didn't end up falling asleep.
Good morning, Ane!
Yesterday was the last day of work 🎵.
Thank you for your hard work until the very end🍀.
The 🟩 Tasake Yamahai is delicious 😋.
It's a delicious sake for a tired body 😍.

Today is the last day of work.
I opened a bottle of limited edition Tasake that I had been saving for today.
It's perfect with a nice sharpness while keeping the deliciousness of the rice.
Thank you very much for your kindness and hospitality.
And thank you for your hard work this year (≧▽≦)!
I will refer to your comments again next year 🍶.
Good morning, Sakumaru-san!
It's the last day of work, so thank you for your hard work this year🍀.
Yesterday was the last day of work for me too 🤗.
You were able to open a good bottle of sake on such a day 🤤.
I will refer to it next year as well 🤤 ✍️
Sweet aroma reminiscent of melon and pineapple.
Relatively clean mouthfeel,
Strong but refreshing sweetness and light acidity.
The mild umami is rounded off by a slightly strong bitterness.
The sweetness and bitterness are strongly felt.
