I managed to finish it on the next zodiac version launch eve🤣.
I pulled it off until the last minute.
Heavyweight this time.
How about the 2026 version😊.

It's been a long time since I've had a bottle of Tasake.
I used to buy it every time I found it.
A little sweet and refreshing.
Aroma of fruit.
Delicious.
It tasted slightly gaseous, with a hint of acidity and a sharp taste, followed by a slightly sharp taste with a hint of a bit of a harshness, and finally, a sense of alcohol.
It was a little different from what I had imagined Tasake to taste like, and I felt this special junmai sake was a little lacking, perhaps because the previous Tasake was too good.
Both dishes are good on their own.
I thought I shouldn't have it all to myself.
I brought it to the company's year-end party, but ended up opening almost a whole bottle by myself. with 2 liters of water.
First take-out sake!
I imagined it to be a robust sake with plenty of umami due to the image of Yamahai brewing, but it was fresh and fruity right after opening the bottle, with a sweetness and a tanginess in the latter half, and it is still a masterpiece of perfection.
I paired it with bonito, and of course it was the best!
It is delicious even if you drink it by itself!
We have to keep it until the end of the year.

I purchased this bottle to compare it to the standard special junmai.
The taste is refreshing with a light fruity note.
I think "crisp" is more appropriate than "refreshing".
I think this is what you would get if you made the standard a crispy beer.
The more you drink it, the stronger the fruity taste becomes, but it is still crisp.
Now I want to compare it with Yamadanishiki.
