2026-001 The first sake of the year was Tasake. I became to be able to drink, and I thought sake was delicious at first! I thought that Tasake was the first sake I had ever tasted. This is Akita Sake Komachi ver. 16%. Akita Sake Komachi Polishing ratio 50%.

I'm a little late to the party 😅 Happy New Year 🎍. Let's enjoy another year of healthy drinking 🍶. The first drink after returning home was a New Year's bottle of sake. Many of you have already had it, so I'll leave it to others to explain the taste 😋. To get into the spirit of the New Year, it was served in a gold-encrusted glass flat sake cup! On the way back from Mie We left early because heavy snow was forecasted for the Sea of Japan side ⛄️... but there was suddenly an accidental traffic jam at Shin Meishin 😭. After that, I was staring at the traffic information on my way home 🚙It was fine until I passed through Okayama, but just before I passed through Saijo, there was a traffic restriction and I had to go through the national highway from Saijo to Tokuyama Higashi 😱. It snowed so much that we were prepared to stay in the car in the snow 🥶, but on the way down, the congestion on the national highway was only bad in some parts (Miyajima to Iwakuni), and we could drive from Iwakuni to Tokuyama-higashi without any problem. However... the travel time was much longer than planned, and my wife, the driver, was fatigued to the max, but we were able to return home safely and safely 😊.
