When we were talking about sake at a small restaurant, the owner asked me where I usually buy sake. I mentioned Mizukami-san, and he told me about other stores. I went to check it out and found that they had Tasake. Well, you can buy it at "Hayashi" in Fukui, but I had to buy it here, since I gave the owner of the liquor store the name of the owner.
So, here it is, a special junmai!
It is easy to drink, with a clean, subtle sweetness and a good acidity! As expected of Tasake!
Celebration! Kashima Antlers win ‼︎
Toast with Tasake
I don't remember Tazake being this fruity. It has a mouthfeel like ripe fruit that makes you feel like you've never tasted such a fruity drink!
Caramel-like sweetness, like sangen sugar or pomelo
After the grain-like richness, the caramel remains on the tongue, leaving a lingering aftertaste that makes you want to drink some more.
Seriously good!
Not to be outdone by the rich miso flavor of the oyster clay pot
I finally got to drink it.
Tasake, a sake I've been curious about.
It is very easy to drink and has a great flavor.
This is what good sake is all about!
As usual, if you are not told, you cannot tell that it is Yamahai, but the gentle sweetness and full, deep flavor are full of character. It also has a beautiful aftertaste. It was a masterpiece.
☀️
A distinct sweet aroma.
Is it from the unrefined? 🤔
It has a moist sweetness and umami flavor, but I don't feel any kudos.
I had an image of yamahai as being rich, but the taste is so refreshing and clean that it changes that image 🤗.
Mild aroma reminiscent of lactic acid beverages.
It was very good when drunk warm, which I did not try last season, and it became softer and more delicious!
If I have a chance, I will buy it again this season!
