Fruity aroma.
Light, clean, gentle sweetness and flavor is too much.

I received a limited edition 2019 Tasake 🍶.
I felt like I was drinking something pretty amazing, as I felt like it had matured in terms of further depth and the umami that lingers on the tongue, while still retaining its Tasake flavor.
Tasake is delicious after all, and it is the strongest sake that tastes good anytime, whether it is laid down or fresh. 👨🦲
It seems to have been stored for 6 years in ice temperature storage and was only available in limited quantities.
I hope I can drink it again.
