(These are just my thoughts from my stupid tongue.)
As soon as you pour it into a glass and bring it close to your mouth, the aroma is gorgeous.
The first sip goes down my throat quickly and smoothly.
Fruity... pear... or maybe blue melon? Anyway, it's elegant, clear, fragrant, and super delicious ✨.

Quote from President Nishida's Instagram
Aomori's "Hanasoi" rice suitable for sake brewing is polished to 35% for this Daiginjo-shu. All sake made with "Hanasoi" is named "Hyakushicho".
This "Zenchidori" is a relative of "Kikusen" as it contains brewing alcohol. Unlike "Tenshu," it is not a junmai sake, so rather than a sake with a wide range of flavors, the 35% rice polishing ratio and the brewing alcohol give it a very clear, clean taste and elegant aroma. However, it is not only beautiful, but it also has a delicious taste behind it.
I see 🧐It's true! ✨

Tasyu Special Junmai Akita Sake Komachi
Rating 4.5
Rice: Akita Sake Komachi, Alcohol: 16%, Rice Polishing Ratio: 55%, Sake Degree: -1, Acidity: 1.5
A special Junmai sake brewed with Akita Sake Komachi. A "special junmai sake" brewed with different rice as a new effort by Nishida Sake Brewery. You can enjoy the soft and gentle rice flavor that is typical of Akita Sake Komachi, which is different from the signature sake "Tasake Special Junmai Sake" brewed with "Hanabukiyuki".
It has a nice mild taste. The aroma is strawberry-like at first, then melon-like, and finally converges with a moderate acidity to give a refreshing taste.
High-spec sake that I had decided to drink the day before
Junmai Daiginjyo 40%5% Kairaishinko by Tasake
Blue letters
Koukou-Shinko is the same sake rice as the starting sake of the day, Cosmos!
Tasake is a sake with an apple flavor 🍎, but this was different!
It's more like Koshizai.
This fruity flavor!
The customer next door gave us a tempura of liliy bits of tempura!
Thank you!

Tasake's Sake Komachi: ❣️
I thought the special Junmai Sake Komachi was a new release 😘.
The normal special junmai is Hanafukuyuki, followed by Yamadanishiki, Kojonishiki, and now this is the fourth new one 🤗.
And if it's a Sake Komachi, it must be good 🎶.
The aroma is mild.
In the mouth, it has the fruitiness of an apple and the plump flavor of rice that is typical of Sake Komachi💕.
After swallowing, there is a slight bitterness, and it is easy to drink.
There is also a good acidity, and a good balance of sweet, delicious, bitter and sour taste, this is delicious. ❣️
As expected from Tasake 👏😊💕
The third one is a ramen that has been on my mind lately 🍜🍜.
This time, soy sauce chashu pork topped with green onion Y(´▽ `)Y
Well, the soy sauce is not so good 😓.
It's good, but it's not as good as the last time I had it...
Next time, I'll try Shrimp 🦐 Miso!
Good evening, Manachie😄.
Yes Jungin is always there, but this one is Toku Jun 🎶 maybe they just made it low milled 😅.
The chashu is a W of sliced and koro 🐷.
TokyoRiceWine's second sake was Tasake Benkei, which you can find at Sake, but for some reason you can't find it at liquor stores in Japan. I guess they didn't sell it in Kanagawa 🤔.
However, I'm glad to know that Benkei is only 638 yen (90ml 638 yen including tax) during the lunch happy hour 🥰!
It has a green apple aroma. The mouthfeel is beautiful. It has a clean, sweet mouthfeel and the acidity is mild and refreshing! This is another delicious follow-up to the Murayu😍.
The third one is not for happy hour, but it is a limited edition sake menu ✨.
There have been a lot of sweet and sour dishes recently, so this one is a little spicy, but it's still good.
It was a little spicy, but delicious 😋.
The second day was very easy to drink.
I'm sure you can't go wrong with Tasake 😌.
100% Kojo-nishiki

Aomori Nishida Shuzo Junmai Ginjyo Light Nigori Nama
It is fruity on the palate, but has a good balance of sweetness and acidity.
It also has a freshness that is typical of nama-shu.
☀️
Mr. Tasake's Improved Sincerity 👀⁉️
Let's drink🤗
It's sweet with a hidden sourness.
'Hey, what is that? Is it Tasake?" I suspect for a moment 🤨.
Speaking of it, when it comes to "Koukou Shinkou", it is the cosmos 🤔 of Shinmasa-sama.
It has a sweetness like that.
From the ginjo aroma of the unrefined sake, it was flavored with astringency at the end, followed by a lingering bitter taste that lingered in the tail 😚.
