Purple Space Ramune label. Took a bit of time to open the bottle due to the schwashwash. The aroma is subdued. It tastes more like a pineapple soda than a soda, with a fruity flavor. It is suitable for summer and perfect for a hot day like today.

When poured into a glass, a sweet and gentle fruity aroma reminiscent of white peaches and pears rises softly. The fresh, gaseous aroma, which is typical of unfiltered, freshly brewed wine, is pleasantly crisp and juicy, spreading with the aroma.
In the mouth, there is a clear, beautiful sweetness and a hint of soft acidity. It is not too sweet and lightly integrated, so it is nice that it does not become heavy at all even if you continue drinking. There is also a slight bitter aftertaste, which is perfectly balanced with the sweetness.
The combination of Ginga Ginga and Giovanni's Research, an Iwate-origin combination, is packed with local charm. Among the Purple Space series, the "gentleness" is especially upfront, and as the name suggests, I felt a warmth that enveloped my whole body.
This is the perfect bottle for a spring evening when you want to softly loosen your mind. It was a heartwarming sake that seemed to send a slow, comforting feeling from the brewery in Shiwa-machi. It is the kind of sake you want to keep quietly in your refrigerator.

This year, I was aiming to complete all of the SHI-CHU-SAN, but it was indeed difficult to do so in parallel with the Nigorinpik 😅.
The pace of the release of the different labels of Murasaki Sake is so fast that today's Heart Label is the last of the Murasaki Sake stock because of the space taken up by Nigori-Sake🤣.
This Heart Label was also a delicious sake😇
The sake rice used is Gingin Ginga 😀.

It had a heavy sweet umami flavor, but it was a delicious sake with a beautifully gorgeous taste and a nice sharp finish 😀.

The weather was not so good today and it was raining in the morning🤣.
Kaorin and I were discussing what to do, but to our surprise, we were told that we could see the new Mission Impossible movie at the Expo Expo City as an advance screening... and it was in 4DX 😀!
We enjoyed the movie from past 9:00 in the morning until past 12:00.
I won't go into details because it would be a spoiler, but my seat was the shakiest in the history of 4DX and I got quite a few water droplets on my head 🤣.
I was so immersed in the movie that when I went outside to enjoy it, the rain had stopped and the weather had improved, so I went straight to the Expo Park to buy a box lunch and let's go 😀.
I had brought my own sake from home with a musical note label by Shihu 🤣.
The label is called "musical note label" because it is made from Yumepikari sake from Bibai City 😀.
Compared to the Jun Dai Army Label that we compared, this sake was rather sweet and tasty😇.

Note on opening the bottle I managed to open it without blowing it by repeatedly opening and closing it.
It's not sweet, even though it's a rum.
It is dry and refreshing.
