Shisora.
I would get a sake made by a female toji-sama.
I like the cute polka dot design and font.
Nigori.
Maybe because the entrée was homemade pickles,
Pink grapefruit,
The fermentation of rice and koji (yeast malt) hits your tongue.
It is mild and full-bodied. I think it's medium-hot.
It was like a graduation 🌸
I felt the joy and loneliness of spring.
I also got a salad with new tama, the first one I've ever had.
It's okey!
Congratulations on your graduation.

We bought this bottle at a liquor store when we traveled to Iwate at the end of the year.
It seems that Murasakyu has various labels such as wave, army, heart, musical note, cedar ball, snow, polka dot, and cherry blossom.
I drank the snow label during my trip, but I wonder what the nigori I bought as a souvenir would be like.
I was nervous because there was even a label with a warning about opening the bottle, but I guess I let it sit in the refrigerator, so I was able to open it smoothly without it blowing out!
But it was sparkling!
Fresh and mouthwatering, like a Calpis soda!
The aroma was mild, non-habitual, fresh, and combined with the softness of the cloudiness, it made me think it was non-alcoholic. I thought it was non-alcoholic!
It tastes as if the bottle will be empty before you know it!
It gives the impression of enjoying the freshness and freshness rather than the roughness of the unpasteurized sake.
I had heard rumors about this purple space and had been drinking it in the store.
I finally bought it and enjoyed it at home.
It was refreshingly fruity, yet had a delicious flavor and a hint of moderate acidity.
It was still delicious.
It's more fruity and sweet than rice, like a Junmai Daiginjo.
It tastes a little heavy and the sweetness is so heavy that it would be tiring to drink this all the time.
It's like 1 gou is good to drink.
Tonight is a three-day weekend, but the cold wave has hit🥶, so I'm in hibernation mode, so I'm starting an early dinner at the Kitchen Drunker😅.
It's been a while since I've been to a brewery 💁.
Purple Space Junmai Ginjo Star Label 2024BY✨🌌🌌.
Sake brewed with Ginga no Shizuku sake rice from Iwate Prefecture 🍶 Lately, I'm starting to realize that I prefer indigenous varieties over major varieties 😉.
I love the balance between the acidity, juicy fruit sweetness, and bitterness, which is like a grenfre with a dash of white sugar, while the aroma and taste are both refreshing and easy to drink 😋😋😋😋😋.
There are so many variations of Purple Space that I haven't caught up with all of them, but I'd like to try other brands little by little 🤗.
I received this army label last year and it got me hooked on purple air, and I visited the brewery for a tour during GW, and it brought back memories of walking down the straight road in the rice fields from the station. I am sure they must have gone through a lot of hardship to brew sake in the freezing cold during this season, and I am grateful to them for that.
The cork was as hard as ever to open... 😓.
It has a fruity and juicy flavor of grapes, strawberry-like berryiness, and ripe melon, with a sweet center, and acidity and a bit of bitterness to tighten up the taste.
It was as delicious as ever. Thanks for the treat😄.
