Taste: ★★★★☆] It has a firm aroma of white peaches and Japanese pears. In the mouth, it has a soft texture, and the alcohol and umami of rice spread slowly. The overtone is like that of Japanese pear. The aftertaste is slightly bitter and full with a hint of Japanese pear.
The throat feeling: ★★★★☆] It comes on with a thump, and the sharpness is quite good.
Change over time: ★★★★☆] No change.
Comment] A fragrant sake. Sake with a sense of gravity, but also has a receptive character. It goes well with Japanese food with strong flavors. Dry. It has a refreshing feeling when you drink one cup of sake at once.

I had a business trip to Sendai the other day and went to Abehachi for the first time in search of this brand, but they were sold out and I couldn't buy it... I bought Miyakanbai instead. I bought Miyakanbai instead, which was fine.
I went back to my hometown and gave up on it, but I found it at a store in Saitama ⁉️ near me 😍.
It is said to be bitter, but I honestly didn't taste any bitterness. Weak but fruity aroma and soothing sweetness. This is delicious ✨
I'm really happy to be able to drink a brand I've been curious about 😊.
Sweet!
Like syrup.
The alcohol content is low at 8 degrees, so it is good for sake beginners.
But what to serve with it?
I think it is suitable for aperitifs. It also has a sourness, so it would be good with chocolate.
When I drank it the winter before last, it took a while to open the bottle, but this time it was easy 🤨.
I guess it has lost some of its vigor since it has been sitting for more than 6 months 🧐.
But when I drank it, the light acidity greeted me and I enjoyed it even though it didn't have the rummy feeling of the day before. ☺️

While exploring sake at a department store, a sake brewed with Nadeshiko flower yeast caught my eye, and the toji, Hiromi Ono, appeared in person. The stand-alone tasting was quite good, and although I was on a business trip, I ended up taking this sake home with me.
A 100% Gin-Otome, flower yeast brewed, now it was time to open the bottle. The cap is quite firm. When you put it in your mouth, it has a slight sweetness. The sweet aroma also escapes through the nose. Is this "flower yeast? The taste is very sweet, but there is no sourness or bitterness. There is almost no sourness or bitterness, and it is delicious. I can't come up with a good description, but it's a sweet and tasty "sakiso" type of sake. I served it with homemade oil sardine and ume shiso tataki on top. It is also the best match.
It was a nice encounter on the first day of a three-day weekend.
Today, I went to eat horse sashimi and drank 2 gos of San-do there, then returned to the hotel and had my first Purple Air in a long time. It took me about 5 minutes to open the bottle, which was a bit of a chugging, because it was a Ramune label. ☺️ I carefully opened and tightened the bottle repeatedly before pouring it into a glass.
The sweet and sour, milky taste, and then the shwashy feeling, it is a bottle that will make you very happy in the really hot summer. ‼️

My favorite purple air, first time for a pineapple label! Sake brewed with Akita Sake Komachi 🍶 fragrant pineapple 🍶 reminds me of Hanayo... sweet and bitter to drink, maybe a little bitter after taste... no, maybe this is good! The. The snacks! I enjoy yakitori, seasonal okra, and edamame (green soybeans) with my snacks.
Hello Jay & Nobby 😃After all, seasonal vegetables are delicious 😋The description said this okra was sticky, but it was just as sticky as the name implies 😋 delicious 😋.
Junmai Ginjo brewed with Nadeshiko flower yeast
Quite a modern sake quality!
The ginjo aroma is sweet and modern.
It is a sweet sake.
It's hard to match with food.
It is delicious when drunk chilled by itself.
I've been drinking a lot of ojinzumi lately.
I feel it's more sweet and modern.
