Decided to get some of the purple air that has been posted recently at Sake no Wa 😊.
Many varieties! 🍒🍓🍍🌊🍬 etc.
The four-pack was two kinds of wave 🌊 and cotton candy 🍬.
Cotton candy was low al so I went with the wave label 👌.

Is the aroma pineapple? In the mouth it tastes like 🍍 or 🍓 or 🍈 whatever fruit 😅.

Purple Space" has been a favorite of ours this year. We opened a bottle of "Cotton candy label" with an eye-catching picture of cute cotton candy.
It has a good balance of sourness and sweetness, and a gentle taste that leaves a sweet and sour aftertaste in the mouth. Although unfiltered, the alcohol content is kept low at 8 degrees, making it a good aperitif.

Shisora is a new brand launched in 2021 by the Shiwa Sake Brewery in Shiwa-machi, Iwate Prefecture.
The name was taken from the word for the universe or sky that surrounds us, and one letter from the brewery's location, Shiwa-machi.
The representative brand of the predecessor Hirota Brewery is Hiroki
