Murasaki-chu Junmai Ginjo Autumn Leaves Label
The 13th Murasakyu's Miyamanishiki (Miyamanishiki).
I was a bit surprised because the Murasakiu I've had so far has been sweet, fresh and juicy, but this one has the umami of Miyamanishiki, firm acidity, mildness, and a hint of gas.

We got a bottle of purple air that we had been curious about.
In the lingering summer heat, we had a summer sake.
The aroma is fruity,
The sweetness spreads in the mouth,
It disappears quickly afterwards and is surprisingly dry.
I had heard from those around me that purple air has a strong sweetness.
I was surprised to hear that it was sweeter than I had expected.
I paired it with sushi from the supermarket.
It was also delicious as a mealtime sake.
I've been wanting to drink Strawberry Label for a long time, and this was the first drink at the standing bar I visited for the first time: ❣️
As expected, it had a quiet strawberry flavor, not too sweet and not too assertive, perfect for a first drink👍.
I love the purple space, the calmness, like a step back 😋.

Good to eat and good as sake👍It says so on the label. My image of this sake is that it is a dry sake with a medium sharpness 🍶.
Compared to other purple air, it has a pretty sharp sharpness. It has a very good summer sake character🙆.
I heard it tastes great with rice 😋 I want to try the Galaxy Shizuku. 😆

It is a sake that you will want to drink slowly after a meal as well as as a mealtime sake.

This is the third Purple Space 😊.
The aroma is mild, umakuchi type with a little bit of alu feeling.
The acidity is just right, and it finishes just before it gets too sticky and heavy.
I'm sure it's delicious, but I have too strong an impression of how good the first Sakura label was 💦.

This is the first sake I've ever had. Seems like most of them are sweet, but they made a dry one in response to a request. It's dry, so it's on fire. It was sweet at first, but the rest of the time it was refreshing and delicious. 85 points.
I like the fact that the toji's name is written on the label.

Slightly yellowish 🍶🟡.
Strong alcohol smell
Sugary sweetness on the palate, typical of Murasakiu...or is it? 🧐It's sweet at first, so the bitterness that is typical of autumn sake comes out strongly in the middle! (The sharpness afterwards is good🙆)
I guess it's a good idea to pair autumn sake with food (I should cook myself a lot of food 🍳)
