This sake is made by a female toji. It was recommended to us at our usual restaurant. It is golden in color, a bit thick, and served cold. It is very tasty with the flavor of rice spreading through it. It is perfect for the autumn taste!

I chose "Purple Space" 🍶 for my first drink outside today. The waitress poured me a glass of it and when I put my nose close to the glass, I could smell the gorgeous aroma ♬. At this point, I knew it was going to be delicious 😆. The taste of course did not disappoint, with a rich sweetness followed by a mild acidity that comes together nicely and finishes off the taste ✨. This is delicious 😋😋. I love the galactic railroad on the label ✨✨ I love the purple space ♬♬

I opened the bottle with a lot of noise and almost blew it out of the bottle! But then I thought: ...... It's hard for a retard to drink this......there is a hint of sweetness, but what remains is bitterness! Heavy! Bitter~~! So, it was tough for a retiree! It was a bottle that I would like to leave to all the adult drinkers!

Here is today's sake! It's a purple air from Iwate Prefecture 🤗I'm looking forward to seeing what it tastes like, as it's a sake made with Nadeshiko flower yeast! The first aroma is very floral, as you would expect from flower yeast 😳It has a gentle aroma that reminds me of the smell of flowers ✨It also has a soft sweetness and sourness that spreads softly in the mouth. It's a very comfortable aroma and a strange taste that makes you want to keep it in your mouth forever. ☺️ The sourness appears at the end and finishes off nicely. This is delicious. It is good as a mid-dinner drink, but it is also good as an after-dinner drink with desserts such as fruit! As the temperature rises slightly from cold sake, the aroma and sweetness become even more pronounced 🤗. Thank you very much for the opportunity to taste this very good sake! I hope you all have a wonderful three-day weekend 🍶✨Thanks for those who are working! Good luck tomorrow!

Very nice scent! Like a flower... When you drink it, the sweetness and aroma spreads out. Flowery aroma, nectar-like sweetness, and a slight bitterness. The label and all the ingredients make me think of 🌹 from start to finish. It was a very sweet sake. It's so delicious!

Hiyoroshi sake brewed with Miyamanishiki. It is a sake that combines the fruity and acidity typical of Murasakiu. The sweetness is also assertive, although it is not so subtle.
