It has umami flavor, but it is easy to drink.
I brought it back with me when I went to Iwate in August, and I had it with some Karubi Ramen noodles that my friend who lives there gave me.

First, the aroma. It has a nice, fresh aroma.
When you put it in your mouth, it feels thick and smooth.
The complex flavor is wrapped in a soft sweetness.
The second half also has a soft bitterness, and the aftertaste is refreshingly thin and pungent.
The overall taste is gentle and thin, but the balance is very good, and the light and smooth mouthfeel makes it easy to drink and does not interfere with food 🎵.
We were able to spend another blissful saké time today.
