Here is today's sake!
It's a purple air from Iwate Prefecture 🤗I'm looking forward to seeing what it tastes like, as it's a sake made with Nadeshiko flower yeast!
The first aroma is very floral, as you would expect from flower yeast 😳It has a gentle aroma that reminds me of the smell of flowers ✨It also has a soft sweetness and sourness that spreads softly in the mouth. It's a very comfortable aroma and a strange taste that makes you want to keep it in your mouth forever. ☺️ The sourness appears at the end and finishes off nicely. This is delicious.
It is good as a mid-dinner drink, but it is also good as an after-dinner drink with desserts such as fruit! As the temperature rises slightly from cold sake, the aroma and sweetness become even more pronounced 🤗.
