Salmon season is here,
But!
I can't find any fall salmon anywhere.
They sell salted silver salmon, though,
But I happened to find some autumn salmon.
And it's from Hokkaido,
I would say, "Then, you should buy sake from Hokkaido,
But there are no liquor stores in Hokkaido that sell it,
So I went to a sake mass retailer, and there was a map of Hokkaido on the label,
I immediately bought it.
How does it taste?
It is very strong,
It's tasty and a little bit alty, and goes great with foil-steamed salmon.
I paired it with the salmon until the end.
I am enjoying the fall of appetite.
Compared to "Natsu Higuma", it has a deeper flavor due to the aging process. It has a good balance, but also enjoys the nuance of strong and powerful rice.
Rice polishing ratio 60%, alcohol 15%.

I received this sake on a business trip to Hokkaido, as it was recommended by the manager of an izakaya (Japanese style bar). I was told that Sapporo is the local sake brewery. It was an easy-drinking sake with a refreshing taste and the sweetness of rice!

A friend of mine went on a trip to Hokkaido and gave this to me as a souvenir! I found out that Chitosekuru is developing this as a PB for their sake shop "Sake Mamorigura". My acquaintance also said it was delicious, so let's go drink it with a pretty glass!
The sweet aroma of rice wafted through the air. The slightly sweet brewing water gave off a pancake-like sweetness and a full rice flavor, followed by a strong sharpness that pierced the throat. It was a classic, yet stylish sake! Thank you again for the sake tonight!
I bought it at a liquor store in Izumiotsu. I regret my selfish assumption (dry). It is gentle on the palate and has a deep aftertaste. The label is cute and nice.
