Sake rice: Kitsushizuku
Rice polishing ratio 55
Slightly sweet and fruity on the palate. It is refreshingly juicy and easy to drink. Easy to drink.
This week, I decided to go with a sake from Hokkaido, a region I rarely have a chance to drink, which I took to a liquor store I visited the other day after much agonizing.
So, we will open a bottle of Chitose Tsuru by Nippon Seizake.
This time we will open a bottle of Fuyu-Higuma.
This is the first time I have tasted this brewery since last year's Summer Higuma.
Let's enjoy it right away.
The first day
The top clear liquid.
First, the aroma. It has a refreshing aroma.
When you put it in your mouth, you will taste a refreshing sweetness, followed by a pungent spiciness and bitterness.
The lingering aftertaste is sharp with a firm bitterness.
It is a refreshing sake with a smooth taste that can be enjoyed from start to finish, and goes well with a meal.
Nigori (nigori)
The mouthfeel is firm with just a hint of sweetness.
The middle to the latter half of the bottle has a bitterness.
It is very tasty with an increased drinking experience.
The sweetness and umami in the bitterness is nice as you continue drinking.
The second day
The top clear layer.
When you take a sip, you will feel sourness, bitterness, and a hint of sweetness.
The bitterness lingers in the aftertaste.
Nigori (nigori)
The sweetness and umami also increase and it is delicious.
The second half is nicely balanced with lingering bitterness and spiciness.
A good sake really makes you feel blissful.
Thank you Nao888 for your comment.
It was a painful mistake to get it thinking it was a new sake but it was not, but it was the first sake from Hokkaido in a long time and it was delicious and blissful ✨.
I'm sorry I always give you the same feedback 😊.
Good morning ma-ki-, I've never had much of Hokkaido's sake, but the label is cute and the bottle looks easy to drink. But it's surprisingly bitter and pungent 😅But it looks delicious as a food sake: ❣️
Thank you for your comment, HinaHanaMama.
As I thought when I received the summer sake from this brewery, I have the impression that they make very beautiful and easy to drink sake✨.
I look forward to your review of the first sake from Hokkaido 😊.
Good evening, ma-ki🦉.
I too find Hokkaido sake rare 😊I like the label too! It's perfect for nigori 🎶The second day sweet and tasty↑ looks delicious 😻I'm really attracted to sweet and tasty dark flavors😆.
Good evening, ma-ki 😃.
I was curious about this sake and had it last year when we went out for a drink 🤗It seemed to have a nice sweet piquancy 😋I wanted to drink it at home when I read your review!
Thanks for your comment, Pon.
The bottle top is sparkly and the label pops: ⤴️
I'm also a big fan of the rich sweet taste 🎵.
It's not that sweet a drink, but it's very tasty 😊.
Thank you Jay & Nobby for your comments.
I see you have had it: ⤴️
It's not too sweet and has a strong pungent bitter taste, maybe it will suit your taste buds too ✨.
Please give it a try if you have the chance😊.
Good evening, ma-ki.
I drank this one too 🐻I haven't been able to post it yet, but my impression is almost the same as ma-ki-'s 🤣 and I thought it was a new sake, but it wasn't 🤣.
And I thought it was a new sake, but it wasn't 🤣.
Thank you for your comment, Maru-san.
Maru-san drank too. ⤴️
Oh, Maru-san thought it was a new sake too 😲.
It was a painful mistake, but it's fun to think it's the same as Maru's 😁✨✨.
Good evening, ma-ki-san ^_^
It's the season of hibernation for bears and hot sake for drinkers👍.
I have two Hokkaido sake myself.
I've never seen Chitose Tsuru, but I can buy Tokachi, so I'll drink more 😁.
Thanks for your comment Manta.
It is indeed the season to enjoy heated sake 🍶.
I'm thinking of drinking heated sake after I get one more bottle cold 🎵.
I envy you for being able to buy Tokachi 😊.
Today's sake is from Hokkaido
Chitosekuru Junmai by Nippon Seisake!
The aroma is full-bodied.
The taste is rich like Junmai sake and goes well with a meal.
We had a light nigori sake at the camp.
It is very refreshing and has a soft and mild taste.
We paired it with cheese dakgalbi, which was delicious and did not interfere with the dish at all.
Ah! I paired it with Ippudo Shiromaru flavored hot pot, but the softness of the flavor on the palate was more suitable than the cheese dakgalbi! It was very nice.
Bought this because I wanted to drink a light nigori at the campsite. It is a Hokkaido sake with a cute label. It is not too sweet and has a very refreshing taste. It went well with cheese takkarbi. ★★☆☆☆
Chitosekuru Junmai Daiginjo
100% Kitashizuku produced in Hokkaido
Polishing ratio 40
Alcohol content: over 15 to under 16 degrees Celsius
Sake meter degree: +4 Acidity: 1.1
Fat drink 10/25, submitted 11/10
Drank on a company trip to Hokkaido
I don't have any more pictures or memories of this one😅.
But I did take good note that this drink was delicious👍
Original text😅
The aroma of ginjo is very penetrating.
The taste is rich and full, and although it is junmai, you can really taste the rice flavor and it is deliciously dry! The lingering aftertaste is crisp and dry, and the ginjo aroma on the nose enriches the soul.
Oh, I'm impressed with myself 🤣I'm a poet! I'm impressed with myself 🤣I'm a poet 🤣.
Delicious!
There was the Queen Elizabeth Cup on 11/10 🐎.
I switched my favorite from my prior prediction to the paddock, and I won the race 🥇, and I also picked up the 12 favorite that came in 2nd place and won the single, double, triple, and wide, with the added bonus of the triple single 😍I couldn't stop laughing 🤣.
Mr. Manachie
Good morning...I don't buy a lot just because it's G1, but this race was a mixed race, so I predicted well and was able to change in the paddock and hit the mark, so it was a coup 😊I'll buy a high drink!
Hi Koizo 🐦.
I didn't know you could take notes so well 😳I try to take notes every time, but it's such a hassle 💦 Really great! I'd like to use "enrich my mind" 😆👍
Pon.
Hi there 🤣...
I was drinking alone at that time, so I could savor and drink slowly 😅I remembered taking notes, but I didn't know it was something like this...shame on me 🤣.
Mr. Jay & Ms. Nobby
Hello...
The eli woman was a meeting blow 🤩You can buy the more expensive drinks👍 Really... I'm embarrassed... you know very well that it's not my usual writing! Who wrote this 😱.
Made by Yutaka, a well-known sake brewery known as the best selection of local sake in Hokkaido, using the edible rice "Yumepirika" and putting the sake lees back into the rice paddies, without using any pesticides or chemical fertilizers. The rice is polished to 70%. It is a sweet sake, but not too sweet. I wondered if this was how sake was made in the Edo period. It is best drunk at room temperature by itself.
After a business trip to Kitami city for a meeting, we had a social gathering 🍻.
Chitosekuru at the banquet ❗"Namara" and "waya" are often used ❗"Waya" is a useful word, originally it has negative connotations such as "terrible" and "messed up" but it can also have positive connotations such as "great" 🎵"Waya, delicious" becomes "yaba yaba delicious" depending on the situation. It changes depending on the situation.
For those of you who are members of "Michi-nin Sake-no-wa", you must be right. ⁉️ I'm the only one who can say that. ⁉️
Oh, and about sake!
It's described as "Junmai dry", so it's sharp and tasty 😋 It's great with hot pot and sashimi ❗It'll make you drink it 😉.
Good morning, Takk0103 😃.
I've been shibashi lately 🥶I have to make sure I'm covered when I go outside 🧥.
I know ❗I drink too much 😜 but I will continue to drink a lot 😉.
Good morning, Mr. Noodle King!
[As a fan of "Wednesday," I've heard of "namara" but never "waya" 😁.
[The Fukui dialect closest to "namara" is "hitte monni" 🤣.
Hi Jive, good evening 😃
I guess it's used like "hitte mon ya na umaii na" 😊Wednesday Do you know is very interesting 🎵It's hard to record a local show because of Yo Oizumi's nationwide success, but I want to see the new series 😉.
Hey Miyabi-san 😃
I'm glad you got the meaning right ❗It was a noodle drink ❗I'm glad you got the meaning right😊I'd like to have a "Namara Dosanjyo Off-line Meeting" sometime since there are many Dosan Sakewa members 🍻 I'd love to have you join us 🎵.
I'll see you when I do 👋
