そのっちI am addicted to nigori sake.
Chitose-Tsuru nigori sake was good besides.
The refreshing feeling unique to sake mitigated the sweetness, and it seemed to go well with any food.
I even felt like buying some on my way home.
ぴょんA gift from my father-in-law.
It is freshly squeezed but not raw.
It is rather dry, but not too assertive, and if served as a food sake, it is hard to stop drinking.

I'm a little short and will move on to the next one... 😅😅
This one has an instant sweetness.
The spiciness spreads.
It has a sharpness, and even though they are from the same brewery
It's very different even from the same brewer.
I'm in a good mood, relaxing at home 😁😁.

New Chitose Airport Hokkaido Honpo
I came home from my business trip.
I ate during the trip, so I had a light supper for dinner 😁.
I got this one from New Chitose Airport 😋😋.
It is made from "Kitashizuku" rice, which is a good rice for sake brewing produced in Hokkaido, and polished to 35%.
It was a bit expensive 😅.
It still has a sweetness to it.
It also has a lingering aftertaste.
I wonder if many 🍶 from the northern lands are sweet 🤔.
It's totally different from last week's sake from Kansai 🍶.
It's only possible with local sake 😁👍

みやびHello, Uchi~san😊!
I see you had the top class Chitosekizuru!
It's too expensive for me to buy 🤣.
I think this is a brewery to watch out for as they have been producing a series of delicious sake since Tomoko Ichisawa took over as Touji 😊.

Thank you for your comment.
When it's the first alcohol I've encountered on a business trip or on my travels.
My tension pushes me back 😅😅.
Sake from the north is delicious and goes well with food 😁.
ellieSecond day in Hokkaido.
Today is work 😓.
We had Genghis Khan at night 😋It's not easy to eat in Shizuoka. No smell and even the oil is delicious! Lamb chops were especially good.
For the closing parfait, we went to a restaurant called miL on Raccoon Shoji 🍨 We chose a passion fruit flavor called mimosa. Too beautiful to eat (°_°)
They had a dry sake that went well with the meat. It was dry, but I didn't mind it so much, and the taste was well-balanced.

まつちよGood evening ellie 🍶.
A finishing parfait is another weight gain menu that is hard to compare with a finishing ramen 😂.
Is such a thing popular in Sapporo now 🤭?

ellieGood evening, Matsuchiyo ^ ^
Yesterday I had ramen to finish, and today I had parfait to finish...(^^;;;)
I heard that the closing parfait is a culture of Hokkaido! There are several stores. This parfait cost 1,800 yen and was very elaborate!

ポンちゃんHello ellie 🐦.
I see you were here on business! Good job 😊I've seen the night parfait on TV, but you really eat it at the end 😳 very delicious ♡I'm jealous of this culture 😆.

ellieHi Pon-chan ^ ^
I heard that there are some closing parfait stores in Tokyo and other places these days.
I was more interested in sake than parfait, so I am wondering which sake to buy on the way home 😁.
YamakatsuChitotsuru's Junmai Ginjo-shu is made from 100% "Kitashizuku," Hokkaido's preferred rice for sake brewing.
It is a delicious sake with a robust yet full rice flavor and a hint of acidity.
It is as delicious with fatty vinegared mackerel and dark pickles.
しんしんSYBusiness hotels these days seem to be putting a lot of effort into their welcome drinks.
This hotel had sake along with wine, whiskey, shochu, etc.!
Brand names and labels that I'm not used to seeing!
Let's put some ice and drink a little!
It's easier to drink than I thought it would be!
Drinking in the hotel room while listening to an online seminar and studying 📚.
After finishing, let's go to Hakodate's nightlife district 🌉.
know a lot of things about Hakodate
Gagyuzan is Mt. Hakodate and is called Gagyuzan because the terrain looks like a cow lying down.

YamakatsuThis junmai ginjo-shu is made from 100% "Kitashizuku," Hokkaido's preferred rice for sake brewing.
Since it is freshly pressed in spring, the label depicts cherry blossoms 🌸.
It is a delicious sake with a full flavor of rice and ginjo aroma, but with a soft aftertaste.
