This sake was developed and released by KALDI.
I'll say it first, it's delicious.
It was made to go well with zangi, but that's just the motif,
It goes well with strong flavors.
I wonder if this is really made by a coffee maker...? I doubt that it is really made by a coffee maker.
Speaking of KALDI, they have a very strict selection criteria for their products, such as Camel Winery of Hokkaidou and Inedit beer, which are generally high quality and delicious.
I digress a bit, but the aroma is not that strong, but it is like sake, and when it hits you with a bang, it quickly disappears. When it disappears, you can really feel the smoothness. The smoothness you feel on the back of your tongue and teeth.... Very tasty....
This has reached a level that coffee importers should not be allowed to make.
Overall review - A to
Close to S as far as possible. The price and the lack of places to get it are the bottleneck, but it is extremely worth drinking.
Chitosekuru Junmai. You can enjoy the clear taste of the gin style and the unique junmai mouthfeel. According to the owner, it has been presented at a French sake competition. The owner says it has been presented at a French competition. Recommended for those who like a clear Junmai.
A drinking party with my occasional drinking buddies
We compared three different kinds of sake to match the seasonal sashimi.
All were refreshing, just like summer sake!
Chitose Tsuru
Fresh, well-balanced and refreshing with a moderate sweetness and acidity
With seasonal sashimi of Kochi
Drunken Whale
Dry and refreshing, just like a drunken whale!
The whale on the label is cute!
Naturally, I served it with bonito sashimi.
TATENOGAWA
Sharp, clean, acidic and refreshing.
Match with octopus head
At Tsukushi
I am not drowning my feet.
But I want to drink some more. I joined the after-party alone.
Oops! Summer Higuma."
I had an autumn hikuma at this restaurant before. It left only a delicious impression.
It's a cute summer sake label.
I can't smell it anymore. I am drunk (laughs).
However, I did feel the refreshing mouthfeel and sharpness.
I would like to match it with Fuyu Higuma next time~!
Pekkaar, hi 😃.
I'm not sure if I'm on my feet but I'm still a one-man after-party 😁Quite an inquisitive mind 🤗We, on the other hand, may have only drank winter brown bear 🥲I have to drink fall and summer!
Hi, Pekkaal!
Even if your legs are dazed, one person after party is still a quintessence 😁✨✨.
Natsu Higuma is my first sake from Hokkaido 🎵.
I remember it was a delicious sake perfect for summer 😋.
Next time I want to drink Autumn Higuma 😊.
Hi Jay & Nobby!
The advantage of a one-person after-party is that it's easy. However, it is not that exciting. This is the disadvantage part.
My winter hikuma is not yet.
I will try to complete it this year!
Hello, ma-ki-san!
So your first visit to Hokkaido was to Hikuma-san!
As you said, I thought it was perfect for summer!
I was wandering around, but it was probably one of the cups I felt so, lol.
