Chitose-Tsuru's seasonal limited series. I had high expectations for this wine since the autumn one was outstandingly delicious, but the taste lightly exceeded my expectations. It is low in acidity but not too sweet, and the taste of the rice is fully appreciated. Personally, this is the best sake of the winter.
