Sake as red as wine. It is red because it is made from ancient "red rice".

I got a bottle of raw sake that the guy at Izakaya "Chari Kura" went to Hokkaido and bottled himself.
It tasted fresh or rough, as expected. He gave us the rest of the bottle as a souvenir after serving it to other customers, but he told us to drink it by the end of the day, and as expected, it was very hard to drink!

Compared to the Takijiman from the same brewery, which I drank on the same day, I felt it was a very strong sake. However, Takihama is extremely easy to drink, and Saku is also a refreshing and easy to drink sake.
