Special Junmai Nama Nama Sake🍶Limited Edition Extra Edition✨
Purchased after tasting it at a Gokuraku party at Iida Sake Brewery.
Slightly sweet per taste, spiciness of alcohol. Strong flavor. Goes well with squid mentshi. It is good with oysters (🦪) to increase the sweetness 👍. The taste of rice is clear.
Purchased at Iida Sake Shop @ Shiki, drink at home 20240324
The rice is good.
It has a firm, concentrated umami, sweetness, and good acidity.
There is a sense of melon and a little mellow brown sugar.
Very good.
Degree of liking ☆4.5/5

Completely different from last year?
Fresh, juicy, gassy, ricey, and moderately sweet. It's low in alcohol, and you can drink it straight from the bottle.
I love it!
Today is our wedding anniversary🎉 I'm embarrassed to say.... 🙇.
I left it to my wife to open the bottle today😁.
I chose the kijoshu that everyone was drinking at the Sendai Sake Festival the other day. It was a gift 😁.

Iida Sake Brewery - Spring Session 🌸
The second brewery was Akita's Fukukomachi🍶.
The first cup was Junmai Ginjo Nama Sake 🍶 Miso Nishiki 🌾 It was crisp and dry. When you take your time with it, you can taste the sweetness of the rice honey and the deep flavor.
The second cup is Junmai Ginjo Shinshu Nama Sake🍶Sake Komachi🌾 moderate acidity✨dry, gentle taste ☺️
The third glass is aromatic dry junmai🍶 less assertive and light. A little grassy, soft around the edges, good as a daily sake👍.
The 4th glass was a special junmai sake 🍶 extra 🎉I bought this one and drank it at home, I'll post it later 😅

Kijoshu is said to be made using junmai-shu (pure rice sake) as the brewing water.
This sake seems to use not only junmai-shu but also daiginjo. Crazy in a good way...
My first impression of the sake was that it was sweet!
Just like a ripe apricot," the description says.
Sake level is -39, apparently.
The alcohol content is said to be 13.5, so it's easy to drink!

I bought this at "Michi-no-Eki Ugo Dashieno-Sato" in Akita Prefecture.
Junmai Ginjo of Fukukomachi🍶´-.
I often see sake limited to roadside station, don't I?
I'm tempted to buy it (˶>ᴗ<˶)
It looked a bit strong, so I tried it with ice 🧊.
It's refreshing and the aroma is very pleasant.
Night time with the fruits I bought in Akita 🍒🍓🍓.
