With less than an hour to go, I hurriedly went around in a hurry.

Mr. Bouken's first comment was "I don't know, it's too limp..." and it was not very cold.
I said, "If it were cold, it would taste good, wouldn't it? and we both agreed.
If anything, it was refreshing and light. I think it was also spicy.
I'm sorry I couldn't talk with the brewer at all, just tasting.

We decided to pick up and drink only one type of sake here.
Polishing ratio 55%, Sake degree +2
Not so good warm, but it tasted good when it was cold.
Second one, I think it's because I posted Sakura Uzumaki, but the recommendations are all Ehime sake, and I don't know anything about Kofuji or Kaze no Sato 😳.
