Purchased at a local liquor store. It has a sake degree of +13.
As the description says, it is dry. It has a clear alcohol taste with a refreshing aftertaste. It is good on its own, but when paired with a meal, it softens the spiciness a bit. The slight bitterness in the back is also very pleasant.
Good evening, T.KISO ^_^
Sake with Temakizushi is good!
We originally planned to have Temakizushi for dinner on New Year's Day, but changed it to Crab pot.
That's good 😁.
Have a happy new year 🙇.
Happy New Year, T.KISO 🎍 and all the best for the new year 🙇.
Finally, the ranks are announced! Even though I'm not in the club 🙏 I'm very excited 😆.
I wish you a healthy and happy sake life this year!
I thought it was a delicious sake, light, smooth, sweet, with just the right amount of bitterness to keep it crisp and easy to drink, with alcohol in the 13 degree range.
Fukukomachi Shiboritate Tokubetsu Junmai Namaishu 3410 yen
I've been working hard and getting home a little late these days 💪.
I want to go home early in the middle of the week and turn it around. ......
And at home, sake and good snacks: ‼️
Today's snacks were homemade roast beef 🍖, yellowtail teriyaki, and kimchi.
Teriyaki yellowtail and leftover kimchi nabe 🍲!
Today we opened a bottle of this one! Special Junmai + Akita...... this is a sure thing even before you drink it☝️☝️☝️
The nose is very mellow and sweet with a hint of ginjo aroma❤️ྀིThe initial attack is clean, sweet and easy to drink✨✨Ah, I knew it was a definite special junmai‼️ too good☝️ not habitual, sweet but not too tart, not too smooth and not too much of a distraction from the fish‼️ definitely in my top 10 for this year‼️
I bought it at a department store in Shinjuku after being sold it by a pushy salesperson. It was delicious. One of the best I have had this year. It would be an exaggeration to say that the word "mellow" is reserved for this sake, but it was that good.
The taste like Chinese herbal medicine spreads and and spread.
I read the back of the bottle and it says it smells like ripe apricots, which makes sense. 😂✨
It has a sweetness and aroma that is unique to kijoshu without the sake feel.
It has a unique taste 🍶💐.
The bottle is also stylish and cute😍.
