Yoshibo
Shinshu Kamerei - sweet and fruity with a little bit of tororo in the mouth. It was a wonderful sake. Whenever I go to Ueda, I stop by this store, not only for the taste, but also for the pleasure of "going to buy" the sake.

I have the impression that it should be lightly cooled because it is not good if it is cooled too much. It is perfect for summer.
