FUJIYAMA
Today we have a very fine Kuromatsu Kenbishi ❗️ manufactured last December. The color of the sake is golden like old sake❗️ The aroma is sweet with a hint of old incense. A sip brings a numbness to the tongue after the concentrated mouthfeel. Then a faint smoky aroma passes through the nose. ❗️As expected of a historical sake from Nada. ❗️ It is cleaner and easier to drink than expected and I drank a lot of it as a food sake. ❗️

I usually drink regular kenrishibai, but I had a kuromatsu kenrishibai once in a while. It is a more mellow type and is great cold as well as heated! I prefer it to the regular Kembishi when it's cold. Of course, it tastes so much better when heated up! Mr. Ota is in Miyazaki for the first time on the program! And Gunma is still a surprise! Miyazaki is a cold brew. That's what I got as a souvenir! You can find good food anywhere in Japan, but I personally think cold soup is at the top of the list!

Good evening, Shinjo-san 🦉. This sake is delicious 😊I remember drinking it cold and warmed before and preferring the warmed version by far 😻I'm sorry for being a waste of time and money 😅.

Good evening (¡Ω). It is worth doing even if it is a hassle! However, it's going to be hot from now on, so I might be cold more often too! But the difference between heated and cold is just too big...

Alcohol: 17° C At home, I tend to drink fruity and refreshing nama-zake this season, but I bought a bottle of Kenrishi at a local supermarket after a long time. It's a classic but sturdy honjozo! 🍶. It has a good aroma and sweetness, and is full-bodied and umami, but also has a nice sharpness, as is typical of a honjozo 👍. It can be drunk slowly and is easy to pair with a meal! It has a universal taste.

Alcohol content: 17 Rice used:Undisclosed Rice polishing ratio:undisclosed The color is slightly golden. The 900ml bottle size and reasonable price make it a sake for drinking at home with a glass of wine in the evening. This is the kind of sake that should be heated.

Stars My first kenrishi was a superb black pine kenrishi... The taste was well-balanced and delicious 😋. I enjoyed it all-around from cold to warmed up: ‼️ I want to try regular Kembishi and Kuromatsu Kembishi next time! For the record since I had finished drinking it✍🏻📋📋📋📋‍⋆ #Kenrishi Shuzo #KuromatsuKenryo #17.5 degrees #Hyogo Prefecture #Low-cost series

Notes from Tippsy Sake: This honjozo has a little more color than some sake because the brewers don’t carbon-filter it as much. This helps retain that tantalizing umami taste and a comfortable viscosity, something to give it some weight. My thoughts: Room Temperature - A full, unbridled flavor that sinks into the tongue and leaves some tingling behind as an aftertaste. Warm - Shockingly smooth when warm. I used my new sake heater set for the first time and it was what I’m guessing is nurukan.
