Drink it hot. The aroma is of koji mold, and the color is dark. Taste: koji sweetness and strong umami, a little bitterness at the end. Definitely a mellow type that goes well with heated sake.

Happy birthday 🎂, Ninomiya-kun and Kumiko Aso 🎉. And Minoru Suzuki, who was born on the same day, still do your best and stand in the ring. I'll keep standing too 😉. On such a day, I decided to have a hamo suki with a glass of Kenrishi, my father's favorite. It is truly rich and mature. I would call it the espresso of sake 👍. It's a celebratory sake for a young man who has yet to catch up with his father....

Today's pairing? I'm going to Paulaner for an Oktoberfest and then Kenrishi for a hot sake. For entrée, I'll have stir-fried lebanila and fried squid. After that, I'd like to finish it off with my favorite shellfish.

I wanted a single bottle. What the heck, I got it at Yodobashi.com at a fixed price with free shipping. I wondered if they make any money on free shipping. I immediately heated it up in the microwave. It was easy to drink, with a nice aged aroma, and I finished it in no time, but it was 17 degrees, so the drunkenness followed. Kenrishi can be found in all supermarkets, probably because it is in constant demand. It is a good sake. Tax included 380 (180ml)

Amber color and aroma with a hint of grain acidity. The palate has a rich sweetness, sourness, and spiciness that is well pronounced. The spiciness and acidity remain in the aftertaste, but the sharpness is good. The rich umakuchi taste is similar to that of Tengumai's junmai sake. Alcohol content: 17%. Sake degree: 0 to +1 (estimated) Acidity: 1.6 Star: ⭐️⭐️⭐️

Kenrishi is an auspicious sake. The name and label are cool. Pale amber color and unique taste. For me, it is "The Sake" with a full-blown sake smell! It's cool to bundle up two or three bottles and bring them to a guest on an auspicious occasion. I still love it!

It has a perfect sake feel and is very drinkable. It is different from the usual type, but this kind of sake is good, isn't it? It is also good that it can be easily purchased at a local supermarket and stored at room temperature.

Another Kembishi. I used to think that sake should be served cold, but I decided that I am a sake drinker only if I accept everything, so I am drinking this Kenrishi, hot. I'm a person who has been drinking a lot of it, and for some reason it was Kembishi, and because my father used to drink it. When it's hot, it's mild, mild. It doesn't make you a drinker, but it makes you a sake lover. Seriously, mild. I drink it cold, but from now on, sometimes I'll drink it hot. No "it's going to get hot from now on...".
