The third Sei Masamune is a festive carp 🎆: ✨️ The lid flew off when I opened it! It's a very lively carp! The aroma is a mildly sweet apple 🍎. This is my first time to drink Junmai Ginjyo Seimasamune, I have never had Junmai Ginjyo Seimasamune before, but I can feel the plump sweetness of the mochi rice more strongly from the flavor and aroma than from the taste! It has a very fine texture, and the freshly-opened, shuffling texture on the tongue is very nice and refreshing ☺. It is more refreshing and crisp than anything I've had before, and the ease of drinking makes it perfect for this time of year. ✨️
